Quick delivery, very helpful customer service, and just allaround great experience not to mention the very beautiful, high quality blanket we got!

My Order was Perfect from top to bottom. I found the pictures I was looking for and when I had troubel with Homepage. The Service from Wallbaby helped my in a little while. The shipping was fast and without any troubel. I will definitley buy at Wallbaby again.

I contacted wallaby because one of the frames arrived broken. They refunded the price and sent me a new one. Great customer service and beautiful prints.

Amazing costumer service, some hiccups with shipping

Company is legit and you will get your authentic products... but i got two posters sent seperatly that both came bent and creased

however costumer support was very considerate and sent a third package in an improved packaging

costumer support is a 5/5, but the shipping is a 2,5/5

The illustration itself was too large for the frame and had to be cropped. Customer service took great care to recover this matter, thank you for the wonderful service and we are pleased with the final result.

I received the print in beaten packaging and question why my print was shipped in such a large box and rolled in tissue paper so tightly. The print inevitably arrived bent and torn.

However, the team at Wallbaby were very responsive to my email voicing concern. They offered to send a new print or issue a refund. While I disagree with their approach to packaging prints, the customer service is assuring.

Print arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.

I stupidly managed to damage my print when unwrapping and was devastated as I'd paid almost £100 for it. I emailed Wallbaby to ask for a cheeky 10-20% voucher code to soften the blow and they replaced if completely free of charge. Great Customer Service - Highly recommend.

The package was delivered in rough condition. The actual print is borderline damaged. I spend $124 on this and it wasn’t even sent in a poster/print tube. Poor prep and poor

Beautiful posters. Super quick delivery. Unfortunately the posters came slightly damaged/roughed up on the sides. Nothing too bad, it will be covered by the frame. But still a bit of a shame for the price I paid.

There was a small thingy and it was solved with fast reply’s in the mail contact furthermore the solution itself was excellent

I got regular updates on the delivery and it came exactly when I expected it to. Everything arrived as per my delivery and I'm super happy with the photo I bought as well as the beautiful wooden frames.

I was excited by the artwork & selections offered on the Wallbaby website. There was a small issue with the poster orientation I received, but the Wallbaby team was able to resend a new print and their customer service was amazing and very responsive!! They have a wide range of beautiful posters!
