I had a message via DM on my company account. Very straightforward and professional. They took me through the process and what every dimension of stickers looked like. I was shown an example of the outcome of my stickers. I would recommend them any day and anytime. Love the stickers so much.

Initially good communication and was told they could make me a custom wall sign, but when I wanted to go ahead and place an order there was silence, despite repeated emails and messages to them. After I asked for a final time over a week later, they replied to say they wouldn't make my order. All it would have taken was a simple message back to me originally, but now I've wasted a week assuming this was going ahead. I'll take my business elsewhere.
