Packaging & Shipping Issue.
The decal was folded in a small box 3 times over. This caused the decal to appear creased and very wrinkly. These wrinkles still have not come out…

HI Harry -
We do our best to keep decals safe in transit. If UPS caused an issue in transit we can file a claim, but only if you communicate to us.
We always prefer getting a chance to help fix any issues before getting a negative review.
We emailed you about the order but you have not responded.
We always recommend reaching out to us - we are always here to help with any issues that come up!

Great service and fantastic product.
The process was simple and the personal online assistance I received as a first time customer made my purchase easy. I would definitely recommend them for your graphic needs. Our project turned out great. Shipping was the only issue as UPS damaged the box that my graphic came in which caused creases in the graphic. However the creases were able to be worked out when applied to the wall, and Wall Decal World was standing by to ship me another one if needed!

We try our best to ensure safe transit, but unfortunately UPS is not always as careful as we would like them to be.
Glad you were able to get it up and it looks great!
