Ordered a mafia bomma for my sons birthday, site says next day delivery (could be up to 2) had no correspondence whatsoever from them, was emailing and calling all week but nothing then the money went back into my account still with no correspondence this left me with 3 days until my sons birthday with no bike.
Excellent Customer Service
Ordered a complete bmx on the 23rd of May, due to the bank holiday being the next few days, I was concerned with how long it would take for my bike to arrive. Having sent an email to the company enquiring after my order, they responded quickly, confirming the bank holiday's involvement in the delay and reassured me they were on top of things. My bike was delivered on the exact date estimated by the delivery company and there were no issues with it from unboxing to assembly and the quality of the bike is excellent. I can't fault the company or the prices. For a first time buyer like myself, an easily navigateable website and a brilliantly comforting company to deal with. Highly recommend. Will use again!

I ordered a bike which ended up being out of stock at the time of purchase, but the guys at Waller went above and beyond to fix the issue, I was giving options on what I would like to do to resolve the issue. They are easy to ring up and answer any question about my new order couldn’t recommend these guys more, will be buying from these guys again.

I don’t believe Waller bmx have in stock all the items they say they have in stock and seem to avoid giving tracking information. The profile racing crankset I ordered arrived opened and the yellow life time warranty card was missing and also the profile sticker which is always provided with cranks and hubs was also missing. I won’t be using them again.
Great customer service
Quick delivery, had a wee issue which was sorted out immediately, great customer services! Delighted with both bikes, couldn’t fault this company.

I accidentally ordered a wrong size gloves they immediately managed to change it for me. Despatch time was a tiny bit long, other than that, I've been highly satisfied with my order. Thank you again, Wallerbmx! :)

Ordered three times. Twice order cancelled
Ordered twice from Waller, the first time I ordered some S&M Elevenez bar. After a week I found out the order was cancelled as they were supposedly not in stock. They were immediately stocked at a higher price. I felt really cheated because the bars were obviously available, I feel they accidentally advertised them at the wrong price and failed to honour the sale. My payment for the bank was pending through all the time.
Last month I accidentally ordered from them again, I ordered a Haro Stem and headset. Only the money for the stem was held pending for a week and I received an email saying they had no supplies of the stems. I emailed them to ask what had happened to the rest of my order, the headset and I have received no reply. Again my money was held pending so effectively could not be spent if I found the products elsewhere.
So 3 orders all unfulfilled on my Waller account. I will never use them again! There customer service is woeful and do they actually have what they’re advertising?
What is really frustrating is I could have got the parts from a french Haro supplier who I had just made an order from at the same time but chose Waller as they were in England and postage was cheaper, there would definitely be no import duties. Now I’m going to have to order the headset from France and pay an extra €35 euros for shipping where it could have been put on my last order if Waller had not advertised the items were available on their site. A wholly disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. Utterly frustrating.
Be careful when using Waller as they are terrible in comparison to all the other suppliers I use.
Uodate. The day after writing the review I was contacted by Waller. The headset was ordered and arrived today so at least that’s a good improvement. Thank you Waller.
Order a bike for my soon 3-4 days…
Order a bike for my soon 3-4 days delivery time expected, I had chase them to found out that a week later that the bike could not be delivered! That after me chasing them every 3 days, I ask them if they could offer a different bike answer they are all out of stock when showing on their website in stock and when I question it why they didn’t put them out of stock if the product is not available which will be logical! At the end I lost a week and got a refund lucky for me I found the same bike but I had to pay more money because of they careless customer service and management of their website!
Will not recommend to get bike from this shop.
