Mariano at Wallester helped me so much!
Mariano took great care of me through the entire set up process! Within 24 hours I had complete access to my account and was ready for business. It’s amazing how wallester provided me with 1:1 support with an account manager and he was very easy to reach out to on all platforms and was of soo much help!!! Avoid Wallester – complete incompetence and a risk to your funds
My experience with this company has been catastrophic.
When opening a business account, I initially used my personal contact details. Later, I formally requested to update them and completed a video verification process — everything was confirmed successfully. After some time, due to a serious security incident, I had to repeat the process again. I completed another video verification, and the manager clearly confirmed that everything had been successfully updated.
However, just one hour later, stating that my company account was being closed, and that all funds in the account would be distributed to recent clients without my consent or any clear explanation.
As a result, my company suffered significant financial losses.
The worst part is that after this incident, communication completely stopped — no replies to emails, no resolution, and no accountability.
This is not just poor customer service — it is a serious breach of trust and a potential risk to any business.
I strongly do not recommend this company. If you value your money and business security, stay away.

I have worked with corporate cards providers the last 15 years, being Wallester my first option.
Easy to issue cards, super friendly app, virtual contactless cards for google and apple pay, connection with accounting software, possibility for extra users. Top.

Our services and processes are designed in accordance with financial compliance requirements that apply to all licensed providers in our sector.
Our goal is always to complete onboarding quickly - usually within 1-2 days - using documents available in open registries. If your process took longer or we had to request additional information, it was likely because some required documents were not available publicly, and we needed them directly from you.
As a licensed financial institution, we also operate under strict regulations, and in some cases, we may need to ask for additional documentations - not necessarily due to your company, but because of specific compliance requirements.
