Please be informed that no user's account is ever frozen or terminated without a violation of our Business Account & Card Agreement. Each case is thoroughly investigated, and only upon identifying a violation the account is terminated. Wallester never blocks accounts without a justified reason.
Additionally, all remaining funds after termination are returned to the corporate bank account of the company within 30 days of the account closure. We do not withhold client funds.
If you believe your account was terminated without due cause, please contact our support team at support@wallester.com. Kindly provide details and your company name for us to review your appeal.

Please note that your first account was closed after multiple requests for you to complete a mandatory video identification interview, required when working with a UK company. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response within several weeks.
Your second account was closed due to a violation of our Business Account & Card Agreement, as providing cards to third parties is strictly prohibited. Unfortunately, your company provided false information about the intended use of the cards and issued them to third parties based on a non-existent agreement with Wallester.
It’s important to remind that corporate cards must not be given to unauthorized individuals, as outlined in the agreement.
In accordance with Wallester’s internal rules, all remaining funds were returned to you.

Terrible experience with wallster poor…
Terrible experience with wallster poor customer service. If you want to save your time money don't use their services. I use wallster card for my business buying I had issue with transaction I opened the dispute with merchant one month ago. Merchant sent the refund but wallster is saying you can't accept refund because your account is closed few days ago. Wallster is saying talk with merchant to send your money to other bank this is not possible every merchant will refund you original payment method I m losing my money only due to wallster

Please note that when an account is closed, the refund cannot be sent to that account. Every merchant can issue a refund to a different bank account if the original payment method has been closed. We kindly advise you to contact the merchant's support service to arrange for the funds to be sent to another account.

It has been the worst customer service experience of my lifetime
It has been extremely negative and stressful from the moment I decided to open an account with them to until the process of closing it.
I have never encountered such poor customer service in my life. The entire experience has caused me significant mental stress and frustration, as well as financial loss. The colleagues and representatives I interacted with were unhelpful and irresponsible, often treating me poorly.

I’ve experienced a problem while trying to verify myself via my mobile phone (outdated browser) so Gorgud helped me find the solution as he replied back almost instantly and also he taken the process on himself to finalize it after the acceptance of the agreement in just 5’. Thanks!

This is a scam company
This is a scam company, first of all from the time I signed up for an account, they scammed me to come to trustpilot to give them a good review and said that they would give an amazon gift card with a 5 star review, but until today, it's been 6 months and they haven't even given a gift card.
They cared a lot about my spending for 2 months just after I signed up and after 2 months they charge extra for spending under 5 euros! Rejected payments (once you enter the wrong expiry date or CVV, or don't switch off auto-renewal) they also charge you extra! Their 3Ds verification is also an extra charge, something they don't say when you sign up!
If a lot of your company's fixed expenses are tied to their virtual card, your bad luck begins! Because they your company's expenses are already tied to their card, they'll charge you all kinds of extra fees! Until the account is closed and the money inside my account can't be withdrawn!
This is a scam company, I don't know where these positive reviews come from, is it just a scam to get people to review it by giving them "5 stars for a free amazon gift card"?

The applied fee is meant only to cover these expenses. By default, we do not apply any fee for 3DS verification/attempts, declined purchase attempts, or low-amount purchases. Any additional fees can always be canceled if the user's activity returns to normal.
We always withdraw funds from users in compliance with financial regulations and our internal procedures. If you haven't received your withdrawal or received it incompletely, please contact us via support@wallester.com, and we will review the issue promptly.
