I have got my order quickly and in exelent condition

Ordered a wallet fof a birthday with 3 weeks notice fof postage which states should be 10 days. After waiting I messaged and was told to wait another 4 days. Another 9 days later I messaged again and was again told to wait. After a month they sent me another order out. I have now given the gift a month and a half late. Unacceptable

Have used Walletking a number of times now. As always, the products are excellent quality and the service is first class.

Product was good quality. The only downfall was the delay in receiving it due to the circumstances at present! Yes well worth buying.

Well, I have to admit I started of thinking any review would be a bit negative. After buying a wallet online, I heard nothing for 10 days - and then a package arrived with the wrong thing in it (a cardholder, not a wallet). BUT, when I emailed Walletking, they were very polite and charming, they didn't hesitate to apologise, and they immediately sent the right wallet. And although I offered to send the unwanted cardholder back, they declined and said I could keep it. So their manner was perfect; all they need to do is just iron out their system so that they always send the right item 100% of the time.

No fuss easy site to use, exactly as stated, will use again and happily recommend
