very rude, unhelpful, false promise. I've made my way from Northwest London to there some 35miles after calling them twice and he promised that he can cut my splashback toughened glass. when i got there he said that he can't do it and if he'll and glass shatters then i've to pay £400 for the damage. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED
