My 20-year-old pair of walls bibs gave out so my wife bought me new bib's for Christmas last year..... Needless to say there are not comparable to my old ones. First time she washed them both buckles broke, and when I contacted walls they assured me I would have a new set within a week.I have call their customer service department three times now and never received anything I'm tired of dealing with this.... I can't believe a product this good has gone to a product this bad and with customer service even worse. I won't be buying any more walls products.

Here we are February 8th and Walls just responded.
"They've had email issues "
"Its Fed Ex's fault"
"Orders can take 2-3 days to process"
So why offer expedited service if you can't deliver?

Lets begin with, the product is great.
The service is a big minus .
1. The website offers a 20% discount for new customers. It is not applied at checkout. You have to check your email to see if you have it before checkout.
It's not rocket science to apply it at checkout. No response when we contacted them.
2. We ordered on 12/22/ 23 and received confirmation. We paid for expedited service. They accepted our funds. Our order was received 1/2/24. The facility is 5 hours from our residence.
Again, no response when contacted.
While it is a wonderful product, the customer service is not there at all.
