OK purchase but more gloss than substance…

OK purchase but their universal seat covers aren't as plush and generous in size as they like to project… so not so great value. Their glossy image in reality falls short. Walser are located in Germany as such delivery and cost of was longer/more than typical but overall fine.

I will never purchase anything here ever again

What went wrong, well maybe you should ask me what went right so that I can answer this question within one sentence.

When I placed my order, it took over one week to have my order delivered, even though they mention it takes 2 days max. Normally I have no issue with long delivery dates, but I did not hear from the customer service and they did not respond to my emails either.

When the product finally arrived, (Car seats covers) they did not even fit! The site said that it would fit to my exact car model and build year.

So, I returned this item on the 6th of June, and it arrived on the 10th of June, and from there it took an additional 10 days for them to find the package as they said they could not find it?

So they asked for my postal code, as to which I replied that it is a returned package and not a package delivered to me, gave them my T&T again for the second time and eventually I got my money back.

Walser, shame on you for putting such high pressure on your employees, having them to deal with way too many customers.
HIRE MORE STAFF
CHECK PRODUCTS BETTER IF THEY FIT
AND NOTIFY CUSTOMERS WHEN SHIPMENT TAKES A LOT LONGER AND WHEN THEY CAN EXPECT THEIR PACKAGE.

This whole experience was incredibly disappointing and I have no trust in this company anymore.
