Company not accepting returns
I ordered the Walter's Signature Leakproof Boxers (5 Pack)
Kept getting emails to say there was a delay to my order, but eventually received them. Tried one pair and the fit was good, but within 6 hours they were leaking all over the place, therefore they are certainly NOT leakproof.
I checked the return policy where it stated 30 day period for returns, see below
How to Return Your Order:
Contact Us: Email support at walter-underwear.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Approval: Wait for our team to confirm the return and provide the correct return address.
Pack & Ship: Pack your item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and ship it to the return address we provide. Be sure to send us the tracking number.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days via the original payment method.
but you had to email to get the return address which I copied from the policy only to get the following response

I rechecked the policy and I had used the correct address, but three times I emailed for the return address I got the same failure to deliver as shown above! This now appears to be a scam where you are sent cheap inferior goods and Walter-Underware are blocking any requests for returns so that they go beyond the 30 day period given in the policy and can then say you have missed the return period!
I regard this as a SCAM and certainly do not recommend anyone to buy from this company, maybe this is why they say they are closing down!
