As you stated in your email, in 2025 you ordered and used our Variety Pellets, but this year you have ordered Variety Sticks. We have clearly stated that we will happily exchange this item once you return this to our warehouse, which has yet to be done. Please get back in touch should you still require this to be exchanged.
