Delivery problems not dealt by Walter Wallet
I had problems with the delivery (was not done to my door) and Walter Wallet answered that this "wasn't their problem". I did not choose the delivery company (DHL) so it is definitely not my problem. I am very disappointed at Walter Wallet

Hi Diogo,
I've tried to explain that we have no control on how the DHL colleagues in Portugal deliver the parcels. The trackign shows that DHL tried to deliver the parcel once, and after they couldn't deliver they brought the parcel to the Service point. I never said that it "wasn't our problem".

Overall seems great. Seems like cards do not stack correctly. With 7 cards, there is always one, which is hiding somewhere behind some other card.

Great wallet
Great wallet.
Shipping and dispatch was quick. The item arrived nicely packaged.
Unfortunately the wallet had a noticeable scar in front and some minor ones on the sides. This did not turn me off, as the wallet was for me. The support team refunded me for this. Overall great item and experience.
Suggestion - please create a version for embossed cards as well.

Good products for their price but…
Good products for their price but delivery was a mess. I ordered a Key Boss and an Original Wallet but they delivered two Key Bosses. After an email explaining the situation, I received the correct order, leaving me with 2 extra Key Bosses that I am going to return.
The Key boss is a little tricky to use in the beginning but after a while becomes way easier, especially when I put my most frequently used key the furthest from the metal wheel for easy access. The Original wallet is made from sturdy plastic and holds 7 cards really well although they once slipped out for no reason. The cash clip surprised me the most though. The money actually stays put. Just fold the bills individually instead of all at once to prevent fumbling when you're trying to pay.
