I wish I could give it less than one star! As I understand the pandemic has slowed things down, there is no way it should’ve taken almost 3 months for me to receive my order. I placed my order on 5/2 and just received it today on 7/31, that is absolutely ridiculous. Much like other customers I emailed often and was told my order couldn’t be cancelled so they issued a refund for half my total. After finally receiving the shirts, which were graduation gifts and needless to say both girls have graduated, the artwork on one of the shirts is incorrect. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again nor would I recommend anyone to do business with them.

I have enjoyed working with them. I received my shirt in a timely fashion and the quality is very good. Love it and them.

I ordered 3 t-shirts May 12, 2020, and have yet to receive them. I have sent several emails requesting the status and each time they say my order is currently in the production process. The last email that I got in response to my status request was sent 7/7/2020 and in the response they said that my order was expected to ship out by 6/11/2020. What? I've been waiting 2 months and can't cancel and can't get my merchandise. They have my $81.03 and I have nothing!!!

Worst customer service ever, placed my order over a month ago... shirt had been in print status for a month and this crap place won’t refund or cancel my order ... can’t get a estimated ship date or even a decent response from them. Complete BS.. save your money and your time..: don’t shop with this “CONpany” ...

Scam..never got my order from may 1st when I ordered..no customer service

Shirt was excellent quality and washed well! The company was up front about delays due to Covid-19 so I do not think it is fair to complain about delays! Even so I got the shirt within a few weeks and my son loves it!

Crappy customer service do not buy from them. I would not even give them 1 star if I had my way.
I ordered a shirt for myself, my daughter and ordered her a quarantined poster.
My order was duplicated. I sent several emails to fix the problem and no one got back to me until it was to late to cancel order was already printing they said.
Only my husband is working and we don't have an extra $75.00 to throw around. I still tried to get cancelled again explained the situation and no they would not do anything. Crappy customer service.

I ordered shirts for a graduating nephew and my kids on 4/19. The shirts have been "printing" since 5/1. I have sent several emails and filed a claim due to the items being so late. So far I have been refunded over $76 on my order yet they still show printing. I even looked at the Covid19 disclaimers and they are still open! At this point the kids I ordered shirts for are out of school for the year and the corresponding grades are over. This is ridiculous. Don't order anything from this company.

I ordered a shirt from them over a month ago. I understand that the coronavirus has delayed things, but this is unacceptable. They have not answered any of my emails, and the website says they are still "processing" my order. Do not order from them. I do not even know why I ordered a shirt that said "freshmens quarantined," when the plural of freshman is "freshmen," not "frshmens."

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU'D LIKE TO SEE YOUR PRODUCT THIS SUMMER! I ordered 2 t-shirts and a mug 34 days ago and still have not received them. I understand that coved has put delays on orders, but I have received orders from China in less time during this pandemic. I ordered a Mother's Day Mug as a gift and two graduation t-shirts both were going to be worn for pictures and a parade that have already happened. I do understand that things happen and these are crazy times, but even when they shipped our partial order I was following the tracking and it was delivered to a UPS facility near our house and then routed back to TX. It just makes no freakin' sense! I tried contacting them a few times and left an email. I tried a phone message and have received no message back. I say stay clear.

I ordered a mug and shipping (understandably) got delayed because of COVID-19. Customer service was fantastic about answering my questions and the mug arrived a few days later in perfect condition!

Recieved one order of the tee shirts i bought waiting for my other order bought 3 tee shirts 2 came and i am waiting for the other tee shirt to come i love them they are very nice

Printing & shirt quality was very good. Only negative comment is there was nothing on the website that indicated what the shirts were made out of (i.e. 100% cotton, 50/50 blend, etc.) that I could find. Regular short sleeve & long sleeve tees are 100% cotton, so be aware of shrinkage, if dried in dryer. Others I received were a 60/40 blend.

Product was better quality than expected! Very comfortable t-shirts
