Bad quality Wandler bag

I’m very disappointed with the quality of my Wandler bag. I initially accepted a 10% discount for a small paint flaw, but after minimal use ( less than 2 months), the bag developed serious new defects:
1. The white leather is turning pink from within, not due to external stains.
2. The stitching near the strap is coming loose.
3. The dark edge paint is pilling off with every use.
These issues clearly point to a material or production defect, I contacted the customer service, but Wandler refused to help, saying it’s not their responsibility. Unfortunately It's was a mistake to buy bag from Wandler.

No possibility to repair

The price tag of the bags don't match the quality, lining is coming off after only a few wears and no openness to assist with repairing. For me whoever produces something should be responsible about the quality of materials used and especially in today's time offer a sustainable solution such as repairing the product as they are not able to make a long-lasting one.

We have had contact via customer care and the lining of our bags do not let go if handled properly. In your case, it clearly showed water damaged or some other issue that is not "normal wear and tear". We offered a paid repair, but you did not accept this.

Disappointed with Quality and Customer Service

I purchased a handbag from Wandler, expecting good quality given the brand's reputation and the price point. Unfortunately, after only two uses, the corners of the bag began to show visible damage. This kind of wear is unacceptable for such a premium product.

I reached out to Wandler's customer service with photos of the damage, but I have not received any response. The lack of communication is incredibly disappointing and does not reflect the level of service one would expect from a luxury brand.

I regret this purchase and would caution others to think twice before investing in a product that may not meet quality expectations—and a company that seems unresponsive when issues arise.

credit card details are saved without asking permission

They save the credit card details without asking for permission and after contacting their customer service a few times they still didn’t delete it.

Impossible to return anything, non responsive customer service

Impossible to return anything to this company who is based in the Netherlands. Zero response from the company I bought 2 jeans and tried to return 1 as it did not fit. They gave me a return address and I was aware I needed to pay the return postage costs. However, after the package was shipped, they did not accept the return when it arrived in Sweden from NL post. I followed up with 4 emails to let them know it was in customs and never heard back from them. The package was then sent back to me. I not only paid for customs and returns shipping, but now have a pair of jeans I do not need. Will not be shopping with them again.

Dear Juliet, As a non-EU resident, you have the option to arrange the return shipment yourself. You have chosen a local post service, which might be reliable in the US, but here in The Netherlands, it is a different story. The Parcel was never offered to us, nor did we receive information on the pick up point. We are sorry to hear that you will not be shopping with us again. We truly regret these unforseen circumstances and we hoped we could have been of more assistance to you.
