I love my backpack since 2019. Initially I bought it for an internal trip through Europe and now I've been using it to travel around the world for various business trips. It's the perfect addition to my carry on suitcase because i can easily attach it to the suitcase.

Last week a part of my backpack broke and after filing a claim I could order a completely new Backback within 24h - this service is incredible. Thank you so much!

Two aspects compelled me to write this review.

First, the bag - specifically, the PRVKE backpack. It has been my go-to travel companion for 6 years and has protected my camera gear from the sands of the deserts in Dubai, to the deep snow in Northern Norway. Additionally, with all the gear that I am carrying (typically 3 camera lenses, a camera body, a tripod; together with the essentials for the day such as a water bottle, a jacket, sunglasses, an iPad, and at times even a gaming laptop) the bag can get really heavy. However, by some Wandrd design magic, the bag feels as light as any backpack when it is on my back. The ability to directly access my camera without ever needing to set my bag down has been a lifesaver on multiple occasions as well.

Second, Wandrd's commitment to its LIFETIME warranty clause. As much as I loved the bag, I found a tear at the seams of the shoulder straps one day. (Do note that even though this was quite a catastrophic tear, the overall construction of the bag, namely the heavy-duty stitches in multiple areas, allowed the bag to maintain its overall integrity and continue protecting my gear until my trip ended). I reached out to the wonderful team at Wandrd regarding the defect and they promptly replied within the day, informing me that my warranty claim was successful - on a bag that was more than 6 years old! If that isn't a testament of their commitment to their mission and customers, I don't know what is.

Wandrd has definitely gained a loyal customer in me, and I felt that more people need to know about and support this amazing company.

Out of all the bags I own from various brands, this one broke surprisingly fast. I was drawn in by their 'lifetime warranty' marketing, thinking that if they emphasize it so much, their bags must be incredibly durable. That was the main reason I bought it. I was completely shocked at how quickly it failed. To make matters worse, the company doesn’t actually replace the bag—the lifetime warranty is just a marketing ploy.

When I ordered my first bag, it came out a bit small. I reached out through email and had a VERY quick response, and received multiple emails in response to all of my questions and concerns. They didn’t seem agitated or upset by my needy behavior, and got me set up beautifully. Jevene went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful.

I had a good experience: while the zipper on my bag did break after 3 and a half years of continuous use, WANDRD just sent me a new bag for free. Thanks team!

While the product had an issue (1. generation of the product, 2. generation are far more reliable), the support replace the hole product ( now on my both of my products).

They have a well findable claim-form to contact the support. Very customer friendly.

Until now, I doesn’t have issues with my replaced stuff.

Be careful, the warranty can only be used once in the lifetime of the product.

The exterior stitching came loose and after reporting it to Wandrd, they offered me a new bag. Customer service like kings, really happy with this bag, perfect one for content creators.

I've been a massive fan of Wandrd since I saw a photographer with the PRVKE from their Kickstarter in 2017. Since then, I've added two different-sized PRVKEs to my collection, and my partner and I wear the D1 Fanny Pack for all our daily adventures. I have had little to no issues with their products over the years, but if something happens, their customer service steps up, and they go the extra mile to sort you out. They're kind of a huge deal.

When this company says lifetime warranty them mean it. I got a replacement shipped on the same day I made the claim. It was super easy, found everything in one place on the website. That's exactly how it should be done.

The customer service team at WANDRD was so friendly and helpful. They made me feel valued as a customer and resolved my issue with both the PRVKE and DUO backpacks in less than 24 hours. I'm really impressed!

Is the best brand ever! I bought the PRVKE 21L to travel every weekend to shoot, im filmmaker and I've always my cameras, tripod, everything. The durability is crazy, very good quality.

Amazing warranty service and I love my bag. After nearly 6 years of usage a zipper failed and they sent me a replacement code within 15 minutes of sending in the warranty request. Would not hesitate to buy anything from this company, quality product and incredible customer service

Huge fan of Wandrd. I purchased the original PRVKE backpack from their kickstarter years ago, and have since collected a few more pieces of luggage, a sling bag and laptop sleeves.

I've taken the Duffels and Carry-on Roller abroad quite a few times for 10 day works trips. Everything has held up very well on a wide variety of airlines, weather and odd situations.

They're durable, well designed for my specific uses (TV editor, often traveling to work on location), and always don't ever feel over-encumbered.

I've had the bag since 04/2021. Recently a slight stitching defect appeared. I though it prudent to reach out and see what they could offer. Turns out their amazing warranty covered the cost of a new. Completely unexpected and exciting. I really do love this bag, have gotten compliments on it and plan to purchase no other. Always Wandrd.

WANDRD makes solid products and backs them up with a solid no fuss lifetime warranty. I've had my PRVKE bag for 5 years before the zipper gave away. I sent them a claim and they got back to me within an hour. Unparalleled support!
