Waited three months and still did not…

Waited three months and still did not get my order. Customer service is a joke. Sends 7 emails saying they’re checking on it and have contacted the supplier. I contacted supplier directly. They say they are out of item and Wanelo never reached out to them. I dispute charges with my credit card and wanelo blocks my account. Stay away !

Never received merchandise

I have ordered from Wanelo several times in the past and when I don’t receive my merchandise I usually get resolution (refunded back money) although it may take a long time to resolve. my latest order has been a horrible experience! I will never order from this company again! I placed 2 orders back in November and December. The orders state they’re still processing. I have sent about 10 emails to their customer service department because you can only contact them by email. My issue has not been resolved they stopped replying and I have not received the merchandise or a refund. They supposedly have a 100% guarantee and full refund for their policy but that’s all but true because I still don’t have either. I feel robed!

I bought 300$ worth of merchandise back in November and have not receive my items or a refund!!! I used to buy with Wanelo a lot in the past but is being like 2 years that I do not use it but now is different. I believe now is just a scam.

SCAM ALERT!!

SCAM ALERT!!! Ordered 3 things on December 1st and today is now December 20th. Emailed and called them for two weeks straight. Never received my orders, a tracking number or even a response. They are scammers and will take your money!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST!!!

Do not order from this seller ever (qiaokaiS013)! I ordered twice from this seller and did not receive my packages neither time thinking it was the post office workers stealing my packages but I had opened a claim up with the post office and they investigated and found that this seller created a small little plastic bag and put a faulty address on the package to have it marked delivered. I opened a claim with my bank because Wanelo customer service is not helping me but as soon as I opened the claim, my account was froze and I placed a large order and I can’t track anything so I dropped the claim to give Wanelo the chance to resolve the issue and still nothing! $405 worth of merchandise and I have nothing to show for it! I’ve been very patient. Investigator’s found that this sellers address is a scam. Do not order from this seller!

Wanelo just steal my money they send my shoes to a different address. And. I been trying to be in contact with them to know what are the going to do. Because it was a mistake from them. But they just going around and around. I hope noone goes through this experience. I decide do not buy with them anymore. Angry father.

I'm reading all these super horrible…

I'm reading all these super horrible reviews and am surprised cuz I always brag to my friends about wanelo and tell them to use it cuz every pair of shoes you see me wearing has came from wanelo. I've received every pair I have ever ordered and yes I did have frustrating customer experience twice but in the end they made it up to me and credited me back my account so all in all that would honestly be my only complaint is the customer service people are very frustrating but in the end it all worked out.

They never Pay their Sellers who sell Items on their app

This company is used on shopify as an option as a sales channel. Don't use them, because you'll get the tun around about when they will pay you for orders customers made through wanelo, my 1st order for a customer of mine was June 9th, started tracking in transit June 16th, delivered June 18th, they are supposed to start processing my payout when it starts tracking in transit which is 30 days from June 16th, it is now August 5th, and still haven't been paid for any orders, and when I email them I get the run around, like it'll be 3 to 5 days, or oh let me check on it, or they don't know what is wrong, or can we expedite you check, now they are saying hopefully in 5 to 7 more days I'll get it, and a manager is working on it, all kinds of excuses. This is really poor service. They don't ever payout for orders from my experience,  because I'm still waiting. They emailed today and said if I want a check in the mail they will mail it 3rd week of August, even though I was supposed to get paid weeks ago through direct deposit. Very poor service and they don't pay their sellers.
