They like to steal your money and time

They used to be great as of early 2019. Then their customer service went into the toilet. I purchased items in march of 2020. My items were expected on May 5th. I emailed back and forth multiple time just to get a bogus email from "Vie" about how its on the way and a bogus tracking number that never leaves its dispatched location.

I waited till end of June to see if it would come and nothing came so I had to file a complaint with my card company and get my money back.

Afterwards, they sent me a nasty email saying my accounts banned (thank you); for quote on quote "stealing from them" lol and "wanelo always wins dispute charges" (yeah, not when you steal).

Thankfully, I rightfully got my money back in full.

Understand this, wanelo and associated vendors you reap what you sow. Do enjoy!

I order a product in March of 2020

I order a product in March of 2020. I have yet to received my item. They have a phone number but no one answers or return phone calls. No one return emails either. They have an automatic reply so you are never in contact with anyone.I have not received any return yet. I will be filing with my bank and letting them know, this is a fraudulent company.

The absolute worst customer service I…

The absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. I ordered the product on March 30th and still have not received it. The company has an automated voice message directing customers to email. I have emailed the company about 35 times and no reply. The company’s “guarantee” is if the customer does not receive the purchased product a refund is guaranteed. Do not waste your money or time with this company. Call your bank and dispute the purchase because wanelo will not refund your money.

DO NOT BUY. NEVER RECIEVED ANY ITEMS.

I ordered 5 items off Wanelo and its been 32 days and it still says processing. I've received refunds for 2 items but the other 3 I've emailed them numerous times and haven't gotten any reply at all. The 2 that was refunded the stores said they are no longer recognized as stores on wanelo anymore and now 2 more of my items are saying that. I'm over the waiting I'm just going to call my bank and request a refund. And for the people I see on here saying the items are counterfeit and fake and all that WELL DUHHHHH, where do u think u getting a LV bag or UGG shoes for that cheap lol I mean be for real. They are replicas and alot of places offer them. If you thought it was real you need to be mad at yourself.

DO NOT ORDER FROM WANELO

I have ordered 5 separate items! And have not received 1. They cancelled 3 and the other 2 and I and I am still waiting on. Ordered at the beginning of April and it still says processing! I emailed them and they said it will be sent out in 5-7 days, still nothing! Do not order from this site.. u will not get your stuff and your money will be gone.

I cannot believe this is even legal

I cannot believe this is even legal. After ordering something, Wanelo ensures you that you will receive the product you ordered or they will refund everything and every payment is secure...HAHA. An order I placed 2 months ago is STILL “processing” somehow and after contacting a Wanelo, you get an automated response and then never hear from them again. I am disgusted. I would’ve rather wiped my rear with my $70. The reviews on Wanelo are just as fraud as the app. Do not fall for this. Save your hard earned money and spend it on something you will actually receive.

I have order three pairs of shoes from this app yes I received two pair that where not the size i order and never got my third pair. I have call several times and Left several emails so I know they know my number by now. So I'm going to file a dispute to get my money back for my third pair of shoes. But no if I were you WANELO is not the place to but from.

Toooo long to ship, and bad customer Service

They take tooooo long to ship your orders out! All my orders took 35-45 days. I was satisfied with half of my orders and the others were very disappointing. I ordered my last items in December 2019 and it is now March 2020, and I have not received anything. I have reached out to their customer service, and I was given the run around for 29 days. I left 11 emails, out of 11 only 4 they responded too. I have called and left 4 voice messages and no calls back at all. I have been asking for my money back for 45 days now and still no refund or merchandise! They say money back guarantee, not true they keep your money and respond to your emails that they will check into it. What is it to check into if the tracking number provided stated it’s still in another country since December 2019. I use to never give bad reviews but, I don’t want people to get hassled!

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

please please dont let the pretty things and the good prices full you, once you made the wrong purchase you will never get the item and you will never see you money again. They stole money from me once because i made a purchase never got the item and they emailed me saying it was my fault because i had to make sure i was buying from a safe store, like whaaaaat. Recently on Junuary i made a purchase and is still processing i have call them, email them and i havent got any answer from them, the order number is 39720099. I dont want more people getting scam with this please dont waste your money

PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM WANELO!

EDIT::: I got a purse in the mail yesterday 4/18. It was from wanelo, a whole 4 months after I ordered. It wasn't even similar to the actual item I ordered 😂 I had already gotten a refund from my bank, but for whatever reason they shipped it anyway. ::::
PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM WANELO!! I bought a bag, and on their site it says order ship within 5 business days. After 10 business days, I contacted their customer support, and NEVER heard back! They send a generic email saying they'll respond within 48 hours, which never happened. I found a phone number for them, which I called and left message THREE TIMES. Never heard back. I filed a dispute with my bank, because I didn't get the promised product. Only then did wanelo contact me back, threatening me with charges if I don't drop the dispute. They send they permanently suspended my account, and I will be responsible for a $15 fee if they win. They advised me that most of the time, banks side with them. It was all very threatening. They told me to respond to that email and a customer service person would be in touch with me within 24 hours. Surprise surprise, I never heard back. That was over a week ago. I placed the order on Jan 21st. Luckily my bank sided with me, and I got a refund. Please please please don't order from there.

Worst experience with a retailer!

Worst experience with a retailer I have ever had. Never received my items. I waited for well beyond the expected delivery and when I tried to contact customer service they either responded very late (days later) or not at all. Then when I decided to dispute the charges I got an email from them much quicker then before saying that my account is permanently suspended unless I drop the dispute. This service is a scam. Don’t trust them. They will take your money and then try to give Wanelo credit instead of your money back. Never again!

Wanelo is a FRAUD

Wanelo is a FRAUD! The don’t deliver the items promised nor talk to the seller as promised. They will not respond to emails nor phone calls. They stole my money, credits and did not deliver the item promised!!! They ask you to post pics for reviews and never give you the credit promised. Run don’t walk away from this site.
