I’ve been working with 旺旺来富 since early 2022, and it’s been a consistently smooth experience across different services: company incorporation and maintenance, EP, accounts opening, and so on. I regularly speak with CEO Leo, and he always brings a practical, forward-thinking perspective that helps me make better decisions.
Recently, I had them assist with opening Citibank Singapore accounts for both myself and my family. The whole process felt very well coordinated. The team was responsive, kept me in the loop, and handled things in a calm and professional way. It never felt rushed or confusing. Pricing-wise, I think it’s fair for what they deliver.
Overall, a reliable brand, and I wish them continued success.

WangWangLaiFu represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end to end time to process complex transactions among a number of parties.
