Very nice tool very good

The support team of WANOTIFIER is just awesome, i haven't yet started any transactions with them, and had problem in integrating the entire api and meta developers portal thing, but their support them helped me with everything and the best thing being they reply us quite quickly which is simply incredible. they wont make you wait with your doubts and queries. Now lets see how the app performs , which i hope should perform quiet well as per the youtube reviews and the staffs behavior where they have put in so much effort for customer satisfaction so i feel they have developed the platform too with no bugs. lets see!!!

This application is terrible for WhatsApp marketing. It does not send messages as promised, making it completely useless for its intended purpose. The interface might look fine, but it fails to deliver the basic functionality required for marketing campaigns. It's a waste of time and money. Don't rely on this app for your marketing needs.

This is an amazing platform but if someone is registered as an agency and texting to thriller registered customers then one should not be banned coz it affects the business. The same happened with me.

Un Cooperative responses from staff. They have automated the system & expect everyone to be pro with digital technology. If you are an amateur they will expect you to read manuals & hipps of pages from there website & bots.

This app is incredibly frustrating! It constantly bombards you with ads, making it nearly impossible to use. But even worse, I've been trying to set it up for the past 20 hours with absolutely no success. There is zero support from the company, no website, no FAQs, nothing! It's like they released this app and then completely abandoned it. Save yourself the headache and skip this one.

Someone once mentioned that the CEO himself sat down with him over a call and resolved the issue, that is a complete lie! I tried to setup a demo call for someone to walk me through how set things up for myself and our partners and I was informed that they do not do or have any customer service support via calls. Everything is by email. You can imagine how frustrating it is to try to explain something so technical over text. Comparing this platform to others that simply offer more and have better support systems in place, just don't waste your time.

Put simply it might be a good platform (we'll never really know) but if you do face difficulties, don't plan on having someone help you through it and good luck getting it resolved by mail.
