Pros:
typically very quick response time.
Liberal/ very reasonable return windows.
Lots of options for customizing what you want to receive

Cons:
Stylists don’t pay attention, at all, to what you say in your quizzes
Clothes are Walmart or Target quality at Nordstrom prices
Consistently send the same things over and over, never what is advertised

I have tried out Wantable so many times. This last time was the last straw. I specifically sent for the dresses edit, and asked for all hot-weather clothes. I was sent sweaters, a jacket, and 1 dress. And everything is so incredibly ugly.
AND after returning everything, I was billed a month later for an item that I didn’t even keep!!!
I am struggling to understand how anyone thinks this service is worth signing up for. Stay away unless you want to be sent stuff that is unflattering, overpriced, and is out of season (sweaters for summertime). Oh, and if you just love being charged for things that you returned to them. Hard pass.

Edit: the Wantable team refunded me the item I was charged for, and issued me a credit should I ever return to use the service again. I am impressed with their customer service team, even though I have been frustrated with the items I’ve received. I updated my rating from 3 stars to 4 starts. Thank you to the responsive customer support for correcting these issues for me!!

I love the variety of colors and styles that have been sent. It's been such a fun and easy way to freshen up my wardrobe for the Spring!

Overall really great experience. The clothes are top notch/high quality. The items are always a perfect fit and match my style. However, everything is very expensive. Sometimes you may get an item on "clearance". For someone who usually shops at TJ Maxx or Bealls the clothing is not affordable.

I always have a great experience. The ease of shopping at home. Trying on at home and free returning is amazing. Your customer service is stellar! This last box, I kept 2 items but then decided on 3 last minute! I feel more confident wearing these clothes because they fit like they were made just for my body type.

Stylist did an awesome job with the style edits. Great combos of mix and match that offered many outfit choices. I enjoyed the Valentine’s Day Edit and a Style Edit. Chose the items I liked and fit my style and budget. Great experience.

Wantable is a fantastic service! They will exchange items if necessary, the quality of the merchandise is of high standards and their styles keep me from looking old and frumpy! They always remember what I like and my preferences so I don't receive things I'd never walk out of the house in nor do I shop for clothes in the store anymore!

I have tried all of the clothing subscription services and Wantable is my favorite, by far! I received so many of the items that I requested on the stream. And the stylist really seemed to pay attention to my profile and get my style right. Love, love, loved this box from Wantable!!

You truly cannot beat the convenience of trying on clothes at home. I like that my stylist sometimes chooses items that I wouldn’t necessarily choose myself, but that I end up really liking. I also appreciate that wantable has a wide variety of brands to select from.
