I was initially skeptical about booking through a company so heavily involved in social media. I was assigned Grant, and he was nothing like I was expecting. No promising the earth, giving me realistic outcomes if I chose to go through with the transplant. I'm 14 days post transplant now, and looking forward to the next year to see what it's going to turn out like.

Had matt as a consultant, he was very helpful and awnserd any questions i had leading up to my op and after the op. Im glad i chose want hair as the quality of there work is great compared to other companies i have seen online… highly recommend

I would highly recommend want hair from the very start jay was at hand to answer any questioned I had the booking process was very easy and I had all information needed before surgery day.
On surgery day everything ran very smoothly from start to finish.
My recovery has been amazing and now I await the results

I would firstly say if you are on the fence about having it done just go for it. The whole process from booking it to having it was so easy. I genuinely can’t fault anything. Any questions I had were answered straight away, and I felt reassured the whole way through. The worst part about the experience was the anxiety I built up in my head about having it done a few days before surgery day.

The aftercare comms from Matt and the team was daily and helpful making me comfortable that I was on track during the post op period where discomfort was quite high.

Great communication with the team leading up and post procedures, any questions I could reach and ask no matter how silly they were and got a very quick response which was a massive help to make the experience feel so much better. Also really happy with the results so far.

Had my transplant now almost 2 years ago. The crown area never grew fully/dense so I need another transplant. Showed want hair, said they would look at it and never got back to me. Similar experiences online had it fixed by the person performing procedure at diff companies. I did advise I was more focused on the crown area and the surgeon seemed more interested in the front, which to be fair does look OK. Using minoxidil/finasteride daily. Just go direct to a reputable company if having your hair done not just for a deal thats on.
Not much info/care before/ after. only spoke to the actual surgeon 1x 30 mins before procedure, just wanthair before that who are just a middle man.

Have seen better transplants have seen worse. Had 4500 grafts. Just an honest review.

Amazing service

Incredible experience from the start. Dealing with Matt was an absolute pleasure and the level of information before and after the procedure was second to none. I was still part of the 14 days aftercare and even got a call on Christmas Day to make sure everything was fine. Could not recommend enough!!

My brother had a hair transplant recently £3000 for 3000 grafts..
I had the offer of £1999 for 3500 grafts from HGC, Basically more grafts for 1k less,and the clinic in Manchester was the same clinic,with the same Doctor..This turned up to be a nightmare for my brother as he got infection..is getting antibiotics for 2 month now and was said that he is unlucky to have the infection....What a joke..
Stay away from them..And if you want a hair transplant,go directly in Manchester,on hair clinic to pay less..

I will share my true story from my first day till now for people to be aware and save more people from them.

This agency introduced itself to me as a professional hair transplant clinic, not as an intermediary or agency. Based on this representation, I contacted them and they asked me to pay 3K for 3000 grafts, half of the payment when I booked and half on the day of the surgery . On the days of the surgery i went in Manchester on the address that has been given to me and when i arrived there the clinic was not their clinic but a clinic with different name doing hair transplant for them and other agencies and if you contact this clinic straight or other agencies probably you and up paying 1500£ less.
Later after meeting the surgeon he ask me you need more grafts what we agreed with ‘want Hair’ and ask me to pay 500£ more than originally agreed, i accepted thinking the best for my result. I been sent to a room to do my hair transplant that doesn’t look at all like a clinic but a normal room with a chair in the middle, the procedure itself was very painful and during the transplantation the two people doing my hair transplant touching the phone to play music without meeting any hygiene standard a proper (Third World Clinic). After 14 days of the hair transplant my scab fall off but because of unprofessional work i had a lot of scab because of heavy bleeding and trauma to the scalp, i had scars on my scalp, after 3 weeks my scalp was very irritated, i was sending pictures to ‘Want Hair’ and every response from them was look good but in reality i head infection on the scalp, instead of taking responsibility or arranging proper medical care, they continuously dismissed my concerns by stating that “everything is fine.” Because of their lack of knowledge. When my condition worsened and me pushing them, they ask me to seek help elsewhere through GP, which clearly demonstrates incapable of dealing with my post transplant aftercare. The GP prescribed me antibiotics for infection and still Want Hair refused admitting that was infection. I am suffering a lot from this experience with head infection and folliculitis because of unprofessional and amateur surgery and unprofessional aftercare dealing with infection. Please be aware from this group of scammers and unprofessional doctors that the only thing they care is not your health and your results but your money. Please be aware if you don’t want to have health problems and a fail hair transplant.

From start to finish Tristan was very informative and quick to respond with any questions I had. The procedure all went very smoothly. Then the aftercare was top notch with Becky checking in daily and answering any questions. I can’t recommend Want Hair enough… 10/10 from start to finish.
