very bad after sales service

We bought 4 high chairs (HK living) with their cushions for a total of 950€.
After a 1 year, a problem with a back cushion appeared, a tear in the sewing, because of too little fabric at that place. Manufacturing defect. And it was well within warranty period !
Wants&Needs firmly refused to try to have it replaced by the manufacturer.
There is only one problem with an item costing 30€. And not even that ! The cushion kit is made of two parts, a bigger one for the chair's seat and that small one for the back. So maybe 10-15€ for the latter.
An unbelievable anti-commercial attitude from Want&Needs.
Buy your furniture elsewhere if you want after-sales service.

Dont Trust Delivery

Ordered a "Toiletpapierhouder" and delivery said 10 days.
I had to proactively reach out to their customer service before getting told that it would be very much delayed.

The delay - that I did not account for - means that I have moved abroad before receiving it and they are not willing to send it to my new address unless I pay and additional 45 EUR.

In essence, because their order is so much delayed I have to pay an extra 45 EUR to receive it - in what company does that make sense?

I'm was a fool to trust their words in regards to delivery time.

I am very sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied.
You ordered several products and one of the products had a delivery time of 10 business days. This delivery time did not passed yet when you contacted us.
At the moment you contacted us, we directly checked the actual delivery time at our supplier.
Unfortunately, the delivery time was delayed with a week. I understand that it is unfortunate that the delivery time has changed.
Because of the coronavirus we notice that delivery times can change. My sincere apologies for this. I understand that this is unfortunate.
We offered you a compensation to send the other products that are in stock, so you could receive these items earlier.
We still can send the order to your address. But when the address changes to a different country, it is not possible for us to take the extra delivery costs for our account.
Again, my sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
