I’m giving this place a one star rating because they seem to be disorganized. I placed an order on the 24th and it is now the 31st. I’ve never received a tracking number, and my order status is still listed as unfulfilled.I requested for my order to be canceled, and was informed that they were unable to cancel my order due to quick dispatch of items. I’m sorry but, I guess my order didn’t fall under that category.Online it states that all orders are filled between one to two business days. If they are having issues due to weather and/or whatever other excuses they told me maybe you should have an updated banner on your website so the consumer can decide if they want to proceed with their purchase.

Brought a dress from online website. Over rated and too expensive.
I purchased it as it looked beautiful and I felt like it was worth it . When it arrived it, it looked like poor quality piece. I’m soo upset can’t Evan return or get a refund 🥺

They made false claims..
I tried the suit on ONCE but it wasn't the right size for me so I returned the suit on time, within 14 days but it was returned back to me accusing me of wearing the suit numerous times and leaving a smaĺl mark on the suit which was already on the suit when I received it. They wouldn't accept the return suit however much I explained to them so was left with no choice but to keep it. Very angry and unhappy with the service and will not be making any purchases in future.

We were expecting this review as you never received the outcome via arguing over email.
Lets clarify the underlying issue here. The garment’s you sent back were clearly worn, as inspected by 3 different people who all agreed. The clothing smelt extremely bad of body odour as soon as you took it out the polybag aswell as having worn crease marks.
There were also stains on one of the suits you returned.
It’s extremely unpleasant & unfair for our staff to handle such item’s of clothing. Furthermore, the items become unsellable due to hygiene reasons. Surely, you would be here giving us a 1* rating if we had sent you an item which had evidently been worn & then been sent to you.
You have previously sent back returns which have been honoured with a refund, as those were evidently unworn.
So there would be absolutely no reason for us not to refund had these outfits been returned in an unworn condition.
