Great service. Good support.

So many people are saying about wanttopay scam. They just got our money and stopped responding. We all need to file class action lawsuit

They're just scammers. I bought a Visa Easy card, and while I was only making small payments of $10-$50, everything was fine. But as soon as I left $320 on the card for three days, the card stopped being serviced, and customer support stopped responding. They demanded a KYC check, and for three weeks, my mornings have started with a cheerful message: "Congratulations, your card is ready, you can check it in the mini-app."

There is no possibility to contact support at all! Bot @WantToPaySupportBot is just spamming that my "card is released". For more than a week already. But card works ok.

I got a free non-reloadable card, and when I needed to use it, the app stopped showing the card details — number, CVV, and expiration date. I wrote to the support bot, but got no response. Total scam.

DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS WITH YOUR MONEY!

These are fraudsters who take money from people all over the world, and when a problem arises they do not return the funds. Their support stays silent and ignores all requests.

If they were transparent, they would publicly announce that they are experiencing issues (everyone has problems, that’s normal) instead of hiding it until the user discovers on their own that they have been left without money and services.

With this attitude toward customers, not a single cent should go to these fraudsters.

They have some troubles with easy mode of card. I understand it, shit happens. But support is awful, hasn't responded for a week. And I cant refund my money

They stole money from clients' cards.
They have six fraud cases against them in Russia.
Paid advertising online. But importantly, there have been no positive reviews since December 2025.
The money was stolen, the scam was shut down.

Money disappeared from my account! Support has been ignoring me for over a week!

I purchased a virtual card for online purchases. After a couple of days, it doesn't work, doesn't accept payments, etc. Support has also been silent for the second day. These are scammers. We collected the money and got bored
