A full week after paying and no communication, when i call I'm made to feel like an idiot for not waiting five weeks for delivery, this is after the gentleman told me the parcel is at his feet and id have to wait another two weeks because I live in Scotland, don't waste your time and go elsewhere for a better and faster service.

I really suspected scam and decided to do the leap of faith as I really like the wardrobe. Throughout whole process it looked scammy as hell- the payment was collected by 'scandinavian home" not "wardrobe stores" and the tracking- the most scammy tracking website I've ever seen - was of "kids avenue ". But it did arrive! It took about 2 weeks, wardrobe is not the best quality and elements are not marked which makes assembly a guessing game, but it did arrive and that's more than I expected!

So the finding of this company was my hopeless search of finding stock of the Parisot setup gaming desk actually in the UK.

It’s not a desk that any ‘well known’ retailer had (unless you’re comfortable paying £400+ on Wayfair for a rebranded one - this cost £280 by comparison) and the few companies that claimed to sell it didn’t actually stock it - and it was clear they’d have to place an order with the manufacturer in France. You would then be at the mercy of Parisot’s own delivery network which left a lot to be desired from reviews I’ve read.

So, delivery, baring in mind COVID delays, could be 4 weeks or beyond.

However, I noticed that these guys had UK stock in the small print of the desk description, with free delivery (others charge £20+).

I emailed them with little hope (as other small print said upto 28 days), and low and behold an Angel called Anne responded promptly to say they that they indeed had UK stock and delivery could be upto 2 weeks! I had a maximum of 3 weeks before my sons birthday so I took a chance and placed an order.

It was delivered about 3 or 4 days later! I received a text I recall to pick my delivery day and then I received I confirmation of my 2 hour delivery window. Upon unpacking the contents, every part and accessory was present and unblemished.

Amazing service.

To some this is just a desk but to my son on his 8th Birthday this was a huge, huge part of his dream bedroom.

Thank you again to Anne and whoever works for this company. I would recommend them highly and despite the usual “should I order/should I find a more well known retailer” thought process, I’m glad I placed the order and I would not hesitate to place an order for something else.

Ordered a new computer desk for my son, delivery says 2 weeks and they'll contact me to arrange it. After 2 weeks, not a word, so I contacted them to be told there's an issue with stock it will be another 3 weeks. 3 weeks have now passed and still no contact from them!
