Review of Alex and Harry

Alex did a wonderful job explaining the problems and rectifying. I feel that he is especially patient with us. Harry helped me to understand why I was having difficulty with a particular site and rectified the situation.

Great knowledge and service

The representative, Jack, who helped me on more than one occasion was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything in detail, typed notes for me to keep to refer to and literally showed me why I was having problems with Microsoft programs. He listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions. I believe he worked with my best interest in mind. I appreciate his help!
