These people are a massive scam. They take a lot of money and promise you the world and deliver none of it. Every step of the way they want another $10,000 dollars for things they already said were included in their initial package. We lost $22k and got zero returns. They think you can just load up a credit card and not have to make giant monthly payments on it when you aren’t getting anything in return. Someone needs to shut them down.

It seems this company warhead and White Glove inc and Ecomm business Solution and Kreative is all a scam. They have taken 9250.0 from me and are insisting to take another 10,000. They are trying for 15,000 but i am not moving forward with this. BE AWARE!!! DONT DO IT. ALL ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY..

I 100% agree with all of these negative reviews. I've had my ecommerce business for a little over 6 months. I've profited $45, while I've invested over $40,000. The support was great the first 2 months. Now, I can't get help if I begged for it. Also, nothing is ever their fault. I was hoping to jump on Shopify, etc. I was told no as Warhead doesn't support those platforms. DO NOT EMPLOY THEM FOR ANYTHING! I'm locked into a contract for 2 years with them. I am currently fighting to get out. They don't give two sh!ts about your investment or business.

**Title:** An absolute scam – I lost over $15,000 and received NOTHING

My experience with Warhead / Web Support Center has been one of the worst financial decisions I have ever made. I invested over **$15,000 USD** trusting their promises to build a “ready-to-run” online business for me. The reality was the complete opposite: **they delivered nothing functional, no real progress, and the entire project resulted in absolutely NOTHING.**

From the beginning, they gave me the perfect sales pitch: that they would guide me step-by-step, that I would have a fully built system ready to generate income, that their “team of experts” would handle everything. But what I actually got was:

* **Months of delays and worthless excuses**
* **Incomplete work or no work at all**
* **Zero results**
* **Zero return on investment**
* **Zero professionalism**

The worst part is that the more problems came up, the less responsibility they took. Every time I asked for updates, all I got were vague responses, empty promises, or instructions that led nowhere. They never delivered what they promised.
The online business they claimed they would build for me **never existed**.

No matter how many calls, emails, or follow-ups I made, the company kept asking for more time, more patience, and more trust—while my money was completely gone and I was left with no finished product. It was an exhausting, frustrating, and completely unfair experience.

This company markets itself as experts in digital business, but my experience shows that **they don’t deliver, they don’t follow through, and they do not respect their clients’ money.**

I do not recommend this company to ANYONE. If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind, choose any other option. This has been one of the most disappointing and expensive experiences I’ve ever had

This company will overcharge, sell you on something, make you sign the paperwork and then poof!! Nope, we never offer that read your contract!! Stay away from this company!!!

Yummy but it made my tongue bleed

When we started back in March 2025, we started an online business. We were new at it so we didn’t know what to expect. So we were trained on how to run the business and take orders and have drop shippers to fill the orders.
No one taught us how to get traffic to your website, just social media was the only way.
Well we are now into our 5th month and no traffic has gotten to our website: dog friendly supplies.com. We spent well over $14,000 so far and no return.

Warhead did a fair job rebuilding what I already had on line. Not much else was necessary.
But the Xceed media group charged me thousands of dollars for something that should be a few hundred.
Do not use this combo of companies.
Bad business and over charged.
