Absolute scammers

Brought this light on the 22nd October as we’re renovating the living room and this design felt perfect for finishing it off. The light didn’t arrive till Monday 4th November. No where on the website it stated that a Manchester business had to get the good shipped from an overseas warehouse. After contacting their ‘customer service’ team which o say very lightly….
I had next to little reassurance from the company the light was arriving until it randomly turned up. When my partner fitted the light it didn’t work. The light flickers constantly like a disco in our living room. Ive sent 4 emails to their customer service team and have received nothing back even though their website states to email with pictures or videos which I’ve done within 30 days of receiving the goods and they will respond within 3 days. I’m still waiting.
They have taken the payment from my account so I guess they’re happy they’ve made money.
Avoid at all costs

This company is a scam and is engaged…

This company is a scam and is engaging in mis-selling - pls avoid at all cost.
My package arrived a month after I ordered it (well behind my renovation project deadline) with core elements missing and parts of it being damaged.

When I opened the box I was in utter shock to discover a collection of glass, metal and acrylic parts in it, not a light pendant I was expecting to see. The customer was expected to assemble the product from scratch - something not included in the product description or even suggested. In addition, there were no supporting instructions how complete this overly complicated exercise.
Upon further inspection, it became clear that core parts of the pendant were missing and some parts were damaged (crushed corners), unevenly painted, etc making it impossible to put a product together even for the most arduous and passionate customer who wants to proceed despite all setbacks.
Customer service is terrible, the company cannot be reached by phone, the oder cannot be tracked anywhere, email queries are answered with massive delays (weeks) without giving any specific information.
Extremely disappointing experience I regret about, so pls, pls, pls ignore this firm at all cost.

Love and Warm exudes no warmth or love!

Love and Warm is an extremely disappointing company with zero customer service. They don't respond to emails, and their only phone number is a mobile that doesn't accept messages. Initially I contacted them on the 25th to inquire about the lights but have not received any responses to my emails. I also tried calling, but the mobile number goes straight to voicemail, and the message box is full, so I couldn't leave a message. I sent a text as well but haven't received a reply. I've been charged for products—one of which never arrived, and the other was packaged so poorly that I decided to return it without even opening it. The packaging looks like cheap drop-shipped products from China. Overall, this is an awful company with poor-quality items and absolutely no way to reach anyone for help. Avoid at all costs!
