My account in March, technical error after Warmbox took over a company Id had an account with over 18 months ago. I was assured I’d get the money back within 3 weeks. Called last week after nearly 2 months and was told I’d receive it within 3 days- still not received and now can’t get hold of anyone. This isn’t great customer service at all!

Warm Box took two unauthorised payments from an account for which I have Power of Attorney. It is clear that our data has not been protected and payments taken without permission. Had a helpful call with Dan at Warm Box today 15/05/2026 who assured me that there will be a full repayment of the monies taken from the account and cancellation of all future direct debits
We are so pleased that we took out this insurance. Our dryer stopped working, so we called customer services and they sent out an engineer within a few days. The engineer really knew what they were doing, they were very knowledgable and the dryer was fixed in no time. I then received a follow up call from warm box and he was so friendly and checking that we were happy with everything. I would defiantly recommend this company

Great service sorting out my issue with heating controller and follow up by Daniel was very thorough.
Boiler was leaking water, after 6 days an engineer came out, seemingly my boiler is beyond economical repair but would pay £500 towards a new boiler.
Very kind or so I thought, tried to order new one but told upfront payment needed as they are switching their finance provider.
I emailed back to say I am happy to wait until the new finance provider is in place.
Was told this could take weeks a couple of months or even longer.
Really ??? Happy to take peoples money but won't fix anything, if it was beyond economical to repair because of it's age WHY, WHY let me pay for a service that was never going to help repair an old boiler.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM company BEWARE !!!!!!!
**UPDATE** company had 3 days to reply to this and nothing, the repair is only £450 not exactly a fortune, If you take into account a years worth of payments and a service I was never offered, this would cover the cost of repairs.
Daniel was very pleasant on the phone. He explained what would happen next. Sorry it has taken me some time to answer his text.

Dan was very friendly.
He explained in detail what will happen when the man comes to service the boiler, and that someone would ring to make the appointment.
The people I spoke to were most helpful and professional.
The gentleman was so polite and happy. Nothing seemed too much trouble. So nice to speak to a human rather than email or automated chat.

I received a call from Dan this morning re my recent boiler repair.
I am very happy with the servce and know that if I have any poblems all I need to do is lift the phone and speak to a real person and the issue is dealt with quickly.
