Excellent customer service

The level of customer service was excellent from my first call to my boiler being repaired. I still have an older back boiler which can be harder to get cover for but Warmbox offer me cover so I am an extremely satisfied! The follow up call to check that everything was now in working order was very much appreciated!

So I’ve been paying money monthly to these people also the whole point of myself getting the policy wos becose the contract wos insurance full cover .so my Samsung wos accidentally broke so I rung my insurance company to help warm box told me I is not insured to the cover I know iam becose they certainly been taking money from my bank account and now I find tha they say if I needed an engineer to come to my home to fix a 50” broken screen £97 call out .is that actualy what paying monthly instalments to be insured is for .theives do not listen to ear box they lie

Heating repair …

The lady at the end of the phone listen to my concerns and delt with the matter in hand. The engineer phoned me within a reasonable time to arrange a time for the repair and managed to make the repairs as necessary very prompt service, was very grateful for the service.

Excellent service

The Engineer came when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easily understandable. He carried out the repair and it did not take him long. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend.

The service this company offer is…

The service this company offer is abysmal, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy
I have been without heating and hot water since just after Christmas
I reported this to them on 29th December after an email and numerous phone calls to them, they got back to me today 7th January and said there would be someone out between 1 o'clock and 5 o'clock, no joy, then I was given a date for 16th January
I am beginning to think that if you are over seventy they are not interested but they take my money every month, needless to say I will not be renewing my contract with this heartless lot

Treat elderly customers terribly

My elderly mother has been without hot water and heating for days and is still waiting on a call back. After contacting them she has been told numerous times they are trying to get someone, fobbed off again and again, they contact companies and if they think their quote is too high they don't bother getting anyone, totally despicable company avoid at all cost.

I AM STILL IN SHOCK THAT I REPORTED THAT MY HEATING AND HOT WATER IS FAULTY THIS AFTERNOON AND UP UNTIL NOW, NO ONE HAS CALLED FROM WARMBOX. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT BY DD BUT VERY SLOW TO RESPOND TO EMERGENCY. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE AVOIDED BECAUSE IT IS GIVING SCAM. IF I DON'T HEAR FROM ANYONE TOMORROW MORNING, I WILL STOP MY DD AND WARN PEOPLE OFF ON OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.

Very quick service

Very quick service. The guy who came was very friendly and sorted my cooker repair in about half hour. I offered him a tenner as a tip,but he was unable to accept due to company policy.l can recommend this guy to anyone .thanks Glynn, Doncaster. No

We are most unhappy with Warmbox

We are most unhappy with Warmbox. We took a Service Agreement for our central heating of £19 per month. The Agreement was for servicing and breakdown.
The Agreement stated that we could not book a service for 31 days from the start date of the Agreement (thus nulifying the 14 days to cancel the Agreement). After the 31 days we tried to book a service only to be told Warmbox were unable to do a service due to breakdown demands until at least March 2026.
Trying to contact Warmbox by phone proved unsuccessful. Therefore we decided to cancel our contract after 3 months of paying £19 per month and was then charged £59 cancellation fee which we paid willingly to disconnect ourselves from Warmbox. We advise anyone thinking of using Warmbox to consider it carefully.

In reply to Warmbox feedback to our review.
We joined Warmbox on 22 July and made our first payment of £19.99 on 15 August and on the 15th of the month thereafter. We emailed on the 15 September to arrange a service but received no reply by email or telephone. We contacted Warmbox again 25 October to arrange a boiler service. On 27 October their reply was they were unable to carry out a service until March 26 due to prioritising boiler breakdowns. They did advise us to hire an engineer independently and we would be reimbursed up to £75 when the actual cost could be a great deal more.
When we took out this plan with Warmbox we were under the impression that it would be a fully inclusive arrangement for both service and repair. We were unhappy with the fact that we would have to find and engage an independent engineer when Warmbox could not fulfil their commitment to us.

Really easy to use

I was well pleased with the work I received from the young man who serviced my boiler.He arrived on time,was polite and left my house as he found it.The same could be said about the young man who checked to ask for my experience with the service.It was a first class job.
