I purchased an item from Warmday which is totally unsuitable for my needs. I contacted them via email to ask how I could return the item. They at first offered my half my money back and keep the itlem. I responded that this was not acceptable and asked for 100% refund. Then they came back with they can't accept items back due to Covid. This is not stated on their website. I now remember I had the same experience with what I believe was the same type of company (if not the same) a couple of years ago before Covid. In the end after several emails back and forwards I gave up and lost £50 which is what they hope you will do. HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE ALLOWED TO TRADE? I am going to go to the National papers and media and try and expose them.

Similar to other reviews, ordered specific goods from Warmday and they have failed to deliver what I ordered. Unable to speak with anyone to request a refund or to cancel the order. Now going down the legal route to sort this mess out. Like others, I failed to look up the reviews prior to my purchase. Mistake I will not make again!! Beware people!!

I wish that I had investigated this 'company' before spending £52 on two bras. On arrival they proved to be of extremely poor quality and less than useless in the support department. There was no paperwork enclosed at all.
I used my original email of order confirmation to contact them for details of their returns policy. I was amazed to receive a prompt reply! However, the email said to 'write above this line' and said they couldn't help me without my order number and a code number for returns. I tried to write the details in 'above the line', but it was obviously deactivated as I could not write anything.
I again used the confirmation email to send all the details required and explained that I had to do this as the I was unable to write anything on their reply email. Guess what? I received ANOTHER immediate reply exactly the same as the other one, and I couldn't send a message on that one either.
To top it off, in my efforts to try and find contact details, I went onto Amazon and found the same products there costing from £8.99 - £22.99 for two bras. If I had bought them from Amazon at least they have a returns policy.

I have stupidly lost over £50 to these crooks.

Do not try to buy anything from this lot. I think Amazon and others should cease trading with them immediately.

Impulse ordered a pair of warm / waterproof winter trousers to take out hill walking after seeing them advertised on facebook. Came here and was immediately concerned that I'd been ripped off. However, although email contact from the company was minimal the delivery arrived without issue in a reasonable time and on first inspection the trousers seem to be of a decent standard. Still to test them out on the hills, but so far a much better experience with Warmdays than alot of people on here seem to have had - hopefully this is a sign of the company improving its standards.

Very bad product of this company, I bought Nano Car Scratch Removal Spray, it doesn't do at all as demonstrated on Facebook, also same product is 30% cheaper on amazon than their warmday website, stay away stay away.... Rubbish!

Bought 2 RFID Secure Cash and Cards Wallets as looked very good on Facebook. Turns out they are of very poor quality, not aluminium as advertised. Just cheap plastic!
It would cost me more to return them to China so they're going in the bin!
Warmdays should not be allowed to trade online with a .co.uk address when returns have to go back to China at buyers expense!

Items delivered broken and unusable, the packing was poor so no way the goods could have survived the delivery process.

I had this response from Warmday on the 18th December:

I would like to assure you we have a very strict process in place to ensure the products are well packaged. I have asked the warehouse to investigate what happened and ensure that it won't happen again.
Please send us a photo of the item that you received for our reference.
Is it okay that I ask try you to use the product to confirm that it is in good Condition.If the product itself can be used normally, only the outer packaging is damaged, we will refund 5.
Thank you for your kind understanding.)

I sent photos but still no refund? I have chased and chased and had no response.

I see a pattern emerging with this company which reflects my own experiences...... so far. A week after ordering there is still no indication of delivery, "tracking" is a joke. Not holding out much hope of getting anything now after reading the reviews. The one star rating is one too many. Will not be buying anything via Facebook ads again.

The goods I ordered (wrist bands) at cost of £26.00 for 3 were so distanced from the description in the advert it was shameful. Material was so low standard, totally unusable.
I have now been trying for nearly 8 weeks to get anyone from Warm Days to say how I can return the goods and obtain a refund. Lots of automated replies but so far nothing.

Ordered 2 pairs of gloves a wallet 16 days ago have heard nothing from them, their tracking system and a rubbish the number supplied doesn’t work. Have not had any confirmation other than order received, will be calling my bank to cancel transaction, should have read the reviews. Very poor customer service, no communication from the company regarding when order will be delivered, will NOT be recommending them at all.

I ordered so called SQ11 sports cameras. They do not work. The infra red emitter is a plastic dummy. The camera does not work. I have since found they are fake.
Do not buy from these conmen. Don't bother trying to complain, they send you in an endless route.

They must be banned from advertising on Facebook.

1 star is too many they deserve minus 5.

If I could review a no star i would. Rubbish. . . Item never arrive. Automated email reply for enquiries then asking the refund no more reply. Paypal have to intervene for refund. Dont buy . . .

Shame I have to give 1 star coz they deserve none. Bought a pair of gloves which were supposed to be waterproof and wind proof. What a load of rubbish. I got them coz I thought they'd be good for up at the stables but as soon as I got water on them they soaked right through and my hands were they coldest they've ever been. Gonna see if I can get my money back via PayPal 😠

I can't give zero stars but if I could I would. Goods take ages to arrive, tracking system doesn't work. I ordered some bras that turned out to be way too small and when you try to contact them you just go round in circles and can't get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Customer service the worse I have ever experienced.
Only received part of the order, they are telling me that is all I ordered but I paid in full for the complete order.
They are refusing to take back the goods and want to refund half of my money. But I did not received all I paid for in the first place.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Bought night driving glasses, rubbish, arrived broken in 3 places. Contacted them and nothing! No contact from them whatsoever, don't buy from them.

I ordered a snoring device and was told it was dispatched. The tracking number was fake. I tried contacting them after 12 days to ask where it was as I was emailed it would be 2 to 3 working days. Nothing has arrived. Their contact service is terrible. Automated email that goes around in circles. Fake rip off site!
