Far too complicated to program, not great heat from it either. Warme videos to help program and Manual aren’t the most helpful. Figured most of it out myself. Have to leave on all the time (mixture of comfort, frost and economy type settings) or it loses settings. Hard on electric then because of this. Stay clear
Radiator stopped working after one year of light use. Out of warranty now. Contacted company through e mail and had no reply. Don't know what to do with this radiator now. It was good while it worked.
It is just far too complicated to work.I just want to turn heat on and adjust as required but it seems to divert into program mode.I would not recommend
Heater was missing screws when it arrived and we couldn’t get it to work, packaging appeared damp. Frustrating that the only way to communicate with store is via email which results in longer time frame for resolution. Item returned and awaiting refund.
The heaters are quite efficient heating my lounge nicely, appearance is smart and being able to use Alexa to control them is great. Sadly though let down by customer support or rather lack of. Tried several times telephone just tells you to use email. Email gets returned unable to deliver.
Bought a radiator from Warme and installed it quite sometime later due to a refurbishment. When we installed the radiator it looked brilliant but sadly whether it's my age or whether there was an issue with the radiator we could not get it to work, it had a very modern setting. I contacted the seller and within 24 hours James, from the company offered a refund and collection. I cannot rate the company highly enough with their customer service and thank you James
Heater arrived and was unable to get it working. They will not take phone calls. I emailed and was sent a copy of the instructions!!! I emailed again. No reply. I managed to get the time input but nothing else other than the annoyance of unlocking the child lock each time I had a go at trying to get the heater to work.
Just got my 2500 w airflow rad. Very happy with it works great very good quality product. I will buy more products from here 😊😊
