Please can someone tell me if this company are still trading been trying to contact them on a order that was put in for a new front door
Would not recommend. We had problems with this company from the day they were fitted. 6 months on they did finally sort them out after endless phone calls, my husband visiting the Bristol office and being threatened and letters to their HQ in Gloucester (letters were never responded to). Seal around the windows is already yellowing, windows make no difference to sound and not had FENSA certificate yet. The back door is now not shutting properly and I have tried to phone them but all numbers that I can find are no longer working!!!
Had Warmglaze round for a quote on a couple of bay windows. Seemed like a very professional salesman and then gave us a price. The price was high, so he rang his manager and put him on the phone to us. The manager then gave us a better price. We agreed the price, payed the 25% deposit and was told a surveyor would be round within 2 weeks to get the accurate measurements for the windows.
After 3 weeks no surveyor had shown up so I emailed Warmglaze, no reply. A week later I then rang them to find out when the surveyor would be round. I was then told on the phone that they could no longer do the windows for the price agreed, but it would instead cost DOUBLE the original quote.
I then told them no and I wanted my deposit back as they were trying to con me and double the price. I was told that if I wanted my money back I would have to fill out a cancellation form and send it to them, despite them being the reason I was cancelling!
It the took just over one month to receive my money back after what must have been 20 phone calls. Nearly every time I rang they told me the ‘boss’ is out at the moment and he’d ring me back in the afternoon. Never received such a call. Only after threatening to take them to the small claims court on one of my phone calls with them did I receive my deposit back.
had windows fitted November 2019 and still no guarantee or CERTAS/FENSA certificate, always promising that the boss will give me a call today to follow up but then nothing and the guy on the phone says, and i quote "I'm a man of my word the boss will call you today"
i have spoke to FENSA and CERTAS and there is nothing registered at my address i recommend not using this company very poor service and i swear the noise from the outside is louder than before!!
Had four new windows fitted by Warmglaze recently, the fitters were very efficient they did a great job. My house now looks good, feels warmer ,and also quieter. One happy customer.
We gave deposit and changed our mind due to finances during these times. Have contacted numerous times and followed cancellation policy and still no deposit back am now commencing further action as they don’t even follow own policy AVOIDANCE IS ADVISED Please be advised they are warm glaze sw ltd NOT warm glaze they are two separate companies.

Agreed on new windows and paid the deposit. However, upon reflection I realised that financially i wasn't in the right position to do so. With the next lockdown and furlough as well as an upcoming divorce. So I informed Warm Glaze within the 7-days cancellation period, by email as well as sending the cancellation slip as outlined in the contract by recorded mail. I have since not heard once from them, despite more emails and calling them. No confirmation of receipt, no word about refunding the deposit. It's all very shocking since they seemed like a trustworthy company I'm now having to take further actions as I cannot afford loss of the deposit. As a single mother this is all very upsetting on top of aforementioned furlough, divorce etc. I'm very disappointed.... and it seems from some other reviews, while installation etc seem to be done well, communication-wise they're very poor.
Our windows were fitted two days ago
where we had drafts and cloudy windows we now have warmer rooms and we can see out.....not that theres much to see where we live. Customer experience 10, Products and manufacturing ...just wow wow....off the scale. Installation experience 10.....would we use again 100%
