Review of Lights

Ordered some wall lights and the package came from ali express. Tried to return them and never got an answer back. Having to follow up with legal action. avoid avoid avoid.
*UPDATE on this - This matter has been resolved and my return request was promptly dealt with by the Warmlumi team. Updating to a 3 three to reflect great customer service and just taking two off as I returned the product.

On 13 June, we were notified that a chargeback had been initiated with your card issuer. At that time, the item had not yet been returned to us.

The item was subsequently posted by you on 17 June and is now in transit, as confirmed by the tracking information.

As the dispute is currently being processed by your bank, we are unable to issue a direct refund via our platform. However, we have contacted you directly by email to propose a swift resolution and remain fully committed to resolving this matter.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Good Resolution After a Difficult Start

I initially had a very frustrating experience with this company after ordering a lamp and trying to arrange a return. My emails went unanswered, and I felt completely ignored, which led me to leave a negative review.

However, after posting my feedback, the company contacted me directly, addressed the issue, and helped resolve the problem. While the lack of communication at the start was disappointing, I appreciate that they eventually reached out and worked to fix the situation.

I'm updating my review to reflect the outcome and the effort they made to resolve my concern.
