Gary Saunders now doing the same scam operating as "Doncaster Conservatory roofs" He has £2000 of ours and as I canceled within the 14 days I am entitled to it back, the address he is using on his paper work does not exist (1A spring gardens DN1 3DJ) there is no 1A on that road. I will take it further and can assure anyone reading this that the bank is aware of him and so is the police, Rayner got found out so Saunders the next on there list,

I appear to be the latest in a long list of victims. Gave Gary Saunders £8500 in January, work not completed. Doesn't respond to calls. Belongs in prison.

Please read before using this company - I wish I had! My experience is the same - paid Garry £7,000 deposit for full conservatory rebuild in November 2024. Every excuse under the sun - family members in hospital/dead, at a funeral, the races, he's poorly - still nothing done bar 1 wall. Work has only just started - paying separate contractor direct (very satisfied with work) as my deposit bought nothing - no windows ever ordered - he's just taken the money and done NOTHING at all. Has multiple CCJs, doesn't return calls - reported & trying to prosecute via fraud route. He needs locking up - he's still canvassing for more work...... DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY

Wot a scammer he is ,,, took my deposit in February ,,,,for my consevertorie plus cash paid for a new door ,,,in July next week still not completed ,,been to his office 2a church lane Dinnington ,,,all locked up ,, signs removed ,,, not answering his calls ,, or texts ,,,
DNT Touch him as you will not get it dun ,next step is a visit May b from police or a bailiff

We paid Gary Saunders a deposit of £2900 to secure materials. We then started to see a lot of negative reviews, but I was told by Gary these were from former disgruntled employees.

On day one I was told that despite having paid a deposit Gary could only spend so much and the installers arrived with just enough materials to make the roof water tight. It became apparent that if I left it to Gary then this is all that would have gotten done.

I agreed with the fitters to pay for the roof materials and their labour and was able to get the roof finished.

I was however left without a replacement door and glass that Gary was supposed to buy with the deposit we gave him. Since then he has ignored my phone calls, given empty promises and I still don’t have the remaining materials. Meaning I’ve paid Gary around £2500 for him to do absolutely nothing.

Whether he’s a con man or just in financial trouble I don’t know but I would advise anyone who even thinks about using him or Warm Roofs to steer clear as you will not get the job finished and won’t get your money back. I am currently going through banks and citizens advice to try and get the money back.

I’ve put this company in the hands of the court as they are conmen who seal money take deposits and never do the job . The letter was sent but I don’t know if they are still trading at dinnington as the letter was returned to the court . Gary Saunders should be avoided at all costs please do not fall for his lies any good reviews must be a lie and written by him .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! gary is a complete con man will take your money with no intention to provide the products you have paid for. Arranges fitting then no one shows up and stops answering his mobile. DO NOT FALL FOR HIS CHAT! Lucky my bank refunded my money during to fraud. This guy should be behind bars.

Horrendous. Delays poor Workmanship.

Basically a Salesman who then contracts work out to poor quality Contractors.

Had to chase several times for work to be started following deposit paid.

Has a Playbook of excuses that he uses constantly.

Eventually had worked completed including Windows replaced in Conservatory. 4 Windows cracked and had them replaced by a reputable Glazier who says never seen windows crack like that in his entire career and then main windows are not strengthened as they should be, therefore in breach of Building Regs.

Waiting Invoice to pursue through Legal route.

Do not pay any money upfront do not trust this company Warm roofs 4 conservatories,they take your money and have no intention to carry out the work. I paid a deposit for a new roof and never heard anything from them, we contacted them and were given a date but they didn't turn up then we were told the job is cancelled.I managed to get my money back through my bank so was very lucky .

This company and it's owner Gary Saunders are an absolute disgrace!!! They have taken money from a 90 year old lady then never finished the work promised...I don't know how he sleeps at night... .the man needs locking up please don't fall for his patter 😡😡

We hired Warm Roofs 4 Conservatories to build us a beautiful conservatory, but instead, they took £12,000 from us and left us with nothing but a hole in the wall making the rest of downstairs freezing for our 3 young children!! Gary Saunders comes across as friendly and trustworthy, but in reality, he is a liar and a criminal. I am so disappointed I fell for his act.

Delay after delay, excuse after excuse, and nothing to show for our money.

We are taking action to try and recover our money, but we want to warn others: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and leave you with nothing but stress and financial loss.

Work was delayed due to weather,but im totally happy with new roof and plaster work,so all in all good job done.

Warm Roofs 4 Conservatories (Gary Saunders) should be avoided at all cost. We paid them a deposit in July of £12,000 for a new conservatory. A total of 2 1/2 days of work have been completed since then, which works out to very little. Gary pushed us for the money so he could order the windows for our conservatory, I have spoken with the windows company and no such order was placed. We have sent deadline letters (Jan 2025) and final notice (Feb 2025) before court proceedings and they have not replied or pay back any money. Gary has stated on more than one occasion he would pay us back what he owes but we haven't received anything.

I would avoid this company they took a £1000 deposit off my mum promised to do the job within 2 weeks and never did this was from October 24 she kept phoning them and they kept fobing her off. Unfortunately my mum has now passed away so I have asked for the deposit back of which they agreed but still have not received it I will now have to take them to court. It’s such a difficult time for me so I find them very disrespectful please read all the other bad reviews.

Just finished our conservatory renovation , new roof ,windows and french door .
It wasn’t an easy job as it is a large conservatory and there was a few problems along the way ,but gary and the lads endeavoured to resolve this and on completion the job was a very good one .

The installers have done an exemplary job on our conservatory we could not be more delighted it looks fabulous. They worked so hard and everything was done to a very high standard and we cannot thank Shane and Matt enough. Their attention to details was amazing. They left the job very clean and tidy. Highly recommend. Ignore negative reviews They are untrue.

Excellent from start to finish ignore negative comments class workmanship throughout 10/10

After reading a couple of bad reviews I was very nervous. Please ignore any!! you read as they are clearly untrue! Exceptional company worked really hard completing my conservatory roof and it looks fabulous , workmanship and attention to detail is 10/10. Gary and his team have done everything they said they were going do and I am more than happy
