I am not happy

I am not happy with the new harry potter actors they like nothing alike and dont look capable to play the role. Coming from a teenager that has grown up with Harry Potter by her side this is infruiating

Keep well away!

Keep well away. Ordered goods which never arrived and the response from customer support has been next to nowt. Luckily, it was a £7 dvd which I'll now have to take on the chin. But, buyer beware.

If you enjoy buying things in a total void of silence

Pre-ordered an item. Received multiple emails saying it was preparing to ship, all of which missed the release date. Then the release date kept changing - despite being for certain at every other retailer. But the worst part is trying to make contact with the store in any way. It simply isn't possible. About ten messages through the website and email, all of which were flatly ignored.
Only giving one star because at least the item arrived - although it was four days after the rest of the UK received it.

I would never, ever in a million years consider ordering again from this irredeemable, garbage retailer.

Ordering Direct Is Not Quicker

Ordered the 007 steelbook set. Had I ordered from HMV or Amazon it would have been here Saturday or the Monday of release. I ordered direct and despite emailing them it's not even been shipped yet. One thing's for sure. Lesson learned and won't ever order from them again

DO NOT BUY!!

Ordered an item, which they never dispatched. Sent them emails for weeks, all of which were ignored. Finally asked PayPal to step in, at which point WB said the item was out of stock, but they could not refund me until the PayPal case was closed. They're now ignoring PayPal's requests. At least I know there's a deadline by which PayPal will refund me.

Do not buy from this shocking business! Go to somewhere like HMV or Zavvi instead!

SHOPIFY address fault has still not…

SHOPIFY address fault has still not been corrected!

I use Shopify for other websites but WB UK website is the only one where the Shopify link says maximum character limit for address is 40 characters! My address is the standard length. I can’t shorten it any more !

It’s been going on all year - I get in touch with customer services on web and get no reply.

I am given no other payment option besides Shopify and that still has this address glitch !

Actual Warner Bros should investigate

Warner Bros should investigate this franchise scam as it is damaging their reputation. I used them via the WB UK website, because I assumed WB would be a trusted supplier and I wanted a quality product as a birthday gift. The item tracker showed as being in Latvia and did not move for weeks, despite the delivery times published. It was impossible to speak to customer services, which is clearly designed to push order delivery beyond the stated returns window as it took them a minimum of 5 days to reply to each of my queries and they did not assist in any way. Then in order to return the item, the tiny slip (size of a stamp) hidden in the packaging states you need to pay to send it back to the US even though it was despatched from Latvia and the website purports to be UK based. By the time my item arrived, it was long past the due date and was too late for the birthday it was meant for. The quality was underwhelming for the price and the cost or returning it to the US was prohibitive. Appalling scam.

Avoid this company

Sizing guide not existent, T-shirts arrived and were tiny, came from Zavvi. No tags or labels or anything official looking. Only return option is to ship back to Orlando. £7.40 minimum.. avoid this company as they should not be allowed to trade in the UK.

Don't buy from them

Don't buy from them. Terrible customer service, they lie about dispatch times and refused to refund me because the order had been " processed" despite it having even been dispatched after 3 weeks.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, avoid shopping here. My Item arrived damaged tried to find return details - none of the links for customer service care/info work, live chat option - no one is ever available. Emailed about the issue only to be told I had to pay for the order on Klarna before they could proceed with the procedure 😂 🤯

Very bad customer service

Pre ordered a film in May which was due for release in July and payment was taken immediately which isn't a problem. Release day came and went and no order or emails to mention any delays. After sending multiple emails finally get a response saying there will be a 3-4 week fulfilment delay and yet again no updates so chased up to be told they are now waiting to see if the supplier has any copies left and now there's no response and no option for me to cancel and no phone numbers to call them so I'll have to start a charge back from my bank

I won't be using Warner any more as their customer service is zero and they can't even be bothered to let you know what's going on

Wow… Avoid and save yourself the hassle.

Wow… What can i say, This website is atrocious. They state on the item page “Ships within 4 - 6 days” and yet you are then left for weeks without it still shipping. It takes customer service over 3 days to get back to you and then they just use rubbish excuses like “It was a preorder but is now available so it will be sent soon” when its been out for over a year lol

They used to be a great site for ordering but i do not know what has happened to them, im not sure they even have the items they have on display on the site.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

NO COMMUNICATION from this DREADFUL…

NO COMMUNICATION from this DREADFUL company.

I ordered an item and wasn't given the 15% discount for applying for the newsletter when i paid by ApplePay. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them to let them know and ask what to do. NO REPLY. I then emailed again to say I would re-order and use a different way to pay and for them to cancel this original order. NO REPLY.
I re-ordered and received the correct discount. I now have 2 of the SAME BOXSET on order...
I again emailed to say I had re-ordered and to have the original order cancelled and was informed the order had been placed and couldn't be changed (EVEN THOUGH IT HADN'T BEEN DESPATCHED)
I now have two identical boxsets (costing £76.50 and £89.99!!!) Have tried three more times to get return information.
NO REPLY

ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS!
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering

Absolutely appalling customer service .
Order was apparently dispatched on the 4th July with a tracking number.
The tracking still hasn’t updated beyond Evri still waiting for the parcel.
The only way to contact the customer services team is via email.
The first email they responded by simply saying the order was on its way- they clearly hadn’t read my email as I was well aware it had, apparently, dispatched.
2nd email they sent out their delivery policy-again not helpful in resolving my issue. They suggested contacting the courier (Evri). Evri state the responsibility isn’t with them as their tracking states they don’t have the parcel and responsibility lies with the sender.
Many emails later and they now claim that the delay is due to “shipping spikes” with the courier. That is an absolute lie given that I have had two parcels delivered by Evri in the interim period from two different companies and both were delivered ahead of schedule with the tracking updating quickly and accurately.

Rip-off on returns

Ordered two sweatshirts from the .co.uk website. At no point was it brought to my attention that the items would be sent from the USA. Delivery was slow and when the items finally arrived they didn't fit - absolutely no way you could call the sweatshirts XL, more like an M. Went to web site to check returns policy to find that if I returned the sweatshirts the original shipping charges wouldn't be refunded and a £5 "convenience fee" would be charged. Unbelievably poor customer service in this day and age. Wish I'd checked Trustpilot before ordering but foolishly assumed that a company whose name I have known my whole life would have a bit more integrity.
