Scam

I feel like I've been scammed!!
Ordered a dvd set, has been mark dispatched,tracking says delivered a month ago!!! No way of contacting them..il give them till next week and will be getting a chargeback from my bank

Absolutely terrible from start to…

Absolutely terrible from start to finish. Ordered a Seinfeld T shirt that was sent out quickly to be honest, but when it arrived it was all stuck together where it had been folded straight after being printed. When I tried to unfold it the print came off.

I spoke to a rep who asked for pictures and then offered either a replacement or a refund. I asked for a replacement as it was a birthday gift. Heard nothing back for nearly a week so emailed again to ask what was going on. They replied saying I hadn't replied to them in the first place?!! I sent them a screenshot of the reply I sent asking for a replacement, I also said that as they had taken so long it would no longer arrive in time so I would now like a refund... They have now sent a replacement 🙃.

Got the feeling I was either talking to an AI bot or someone who's English comprehension was poor. Really bad customer experience and terrible quality product, if I could leave no stars I would

Why shameless should not end

Hi, so the show called shameless(the US version)shoulda not end at season 11 it should carry on for many more seasons.
I have an idea for another season in this season a new Gallagher is introduced and she’s Indian and she travels all over Chicago trying to find the rest of the Gallaghers and then find out that frank is no longer alive.
You guys understand we’re I’m going with this right so if you do get this my name is Tiana Naidoo and if you can I would like to be the long lost Indian sister.

Do not use this company!

Do not use this company!! Read the comments. Totally disgusted with lack of service and communication. My emails are being ignored. Still waiting for my refund that I was due a month ago.

Utterly insulting treatment of the…

Utterly insulting treatment of the customers. Orders are delayed by months - MONTHS. All enquires are just blocked off by generic bs messages "your order will be delivered soon" - bla bla. They are happy to take your money up front, but you won't see anything for at least 6 weeks. Still haven't received orders I placed before Christmas. The customer service promised to waive my shipping fee, but I haven't even seen that happen yet. They border on a scam shop to be honest.

I assume that when I ordered the goods…

I assume that when I ordered the goods they were to be delivered in 140 to 180 days rather than the 14-18 days promised.
Contacting them is a waste of time as the replies seen to be computer generated and of no use.
Still awaiting what were said to be "In Stock" items ordered before Christmas. Have just seen "The Beekeeper"at the Cinema and am quite thinking about asking Jason Statham to burn this showers offices.

Absolutely Appalling Service and Delivery Times…will never be ordering again!
Item only dispatched nearly a month after the original estimated delivery date, so I’ll probably receive it over a month after I was originally told I would. I emailed exactly a month ago and it took 9 days to get a reply which was in no way helpful, other than to say delivery dates are only anestimate! But they are in fact not even that, a month late on delivery window that was roughly two weeks after ordering is not by definition an estimate. Absolutely appalling service and customer support. Only generic responses given and no apology for delay…apparently my fault for not realising that delivery window means absolutely nothing!!!

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE

Warner Bros UK has to be the worst Ever Website Shop that i have dealt with. They lied about delivery times and dispatch. Order for Xmas and told it would be there in time. Still waiting for delivery. Then i got email this week to say that the item must 'be lost somewhere'

Appalling experience - avoid

Appalling experience - ordered Christmas gifts for colleagues at the beginning of December which didn’t arrive before the holidays despite assurances that it would. Asked for a refund in the new year and was told that I couldn’t get this unless the suppliers allowed it. Eventually given a refund. The experience leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Avoid. edit: they also closed their complaint and asked me to provide feedback but wouldn’t let me leave the feedback less than 10 hours after sending the invitation to provide feedback

Dreadful Customer Service

I wanted to cancel an order a full MONTH before the title was due to be released. That should have been sufficient notice (it is for other online retailers), but they advised me it was too late! So, I had to receive it and then send it back for a refund! Well, that's inconvenient, inefficient and, most importantly, not environmentally friendly. Then, when I did return it, they advised me it would take 2-4 weeks to process (unlike the 2-4 hours that Amazon seem capable of doing once they are aware you have returned an item). But WB UK couldn't even do that, and I had to chase them up and threaten to pursue a refund via my credit card company before they finally refunded me. I have now learnt my lesson and in future will order from proper online retailers, such as HMV and Amazon etc.

Worst customer service ever?…

Well I thought I was going to be able to NAME AND SHAME Warner Bros on this site but I see I’m way at the back of the queue. I’ll just have to look elsewhere!!!
I’m a bit of a novice on Trustpilot. But not a novice in life. At 63 yrs old I think I can say this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a DVD set from Warner Bros on line and received the wrong set in the post. Warner Bros are being OBTUSE TO BUT IT MILDLY to my queries about their mistake. 0/10 for customer service.
The good thing about being 63 is that you know lots of people!!! I’m actively telling everyone who will listen how bad Warner Bros are. Send to all!!!
15/12/23. So Warner Bros continue to be obtuse and stall regarding my issue. However, they have now stopped patronising me by telling me that they have sent me the right DVD set and I simply need to look at the product correctly. They have now said they will “look into the issue”. Big of them I think. Trouble is this DVD set needed to be with me by 18.12.23 as I go abroad then. The plan being to take the DVD set with me as a present. All of which I’ve explained to Warner Bros but which seems to have fallen on deaf and presumably incompetent ears. Still 0/10 for customer service. I feel I’ll be updating this review for a while. Watch this space!
16.12.23. Sent another email to Warner Bros yesterday as my issue remains unresolved - no reply. I guess big corporate just ignoring you is an easy option for them as most people will eventually just get fed up and shut up. But there are some people who are called PARANOID LITAGANTS who just go on and on and on and on. Bit like The Terminator (is that a WB movie?). Watch this space.
18.12.23. OMG still nothing from WB. I’ve emailed them again. I’m actually at a bit of a loss what to do next. I think it will have to be a formal letter of complaint to their CEO. I find that sometimes works. What a waste of time especially at this v busy time of year.
20.12.23. Latest update from WB - they are still “looking into it”. 😱😱😱😱
26.12.23. Still looking into it. Nonsense! I’m going to need to think of a new strategy. Watch this space.
11.01.24. A new year but still an old problem. WB have now come back to me. The reason the DVD set I was sent did not contain digital downloads is that that product no longer exists. That’s despite the fact that they are advertising it and they took my money for it. Oh well simples I’ll get a refund - yes? No. I have been offered a 15% discount off A FUTURE PURCHASE. Unbelievable. I really must be getting old. I’m my day when you had fcuked up you said sorry first. Then here is your money back in full, and here is a discount off a future purchase as a good will gesture. Then say sorry again.
Nope!! I am clearly a dinosaur.
Obviously I’ve told WB to go where the sun don’t shine - so watch this space.
11.01.24 So WB have now offered me a full refund. In order to take advantage of this kind offer I have to return the DVD set (not unreasonable you will say). To achieve this I will have to package up the set and take to a post office - seen a local one of those around these days? Then wait up to 4 weeks for the return to be processed. Then I might get my money back. Might depending on their whims. So let’s see. Er no. I have told WB that I’ll just keep on telling anyone who will listen how awful their customer service is. But as I’ve been offered a refund it’s time to bring this review to a close. Bye to anyone actually reading this.

Shocking experienced and concerned I’ve been scammed! I ordered on 7th Dec a number of Ted Lasso items. I followed up 2nd Jan and was told it took 10-12 days (still way beyond that) and there was a delay due to demand and I could track my order. I tried tracking but it comes up blank so sent another email today and go EXACTLY the same response with no delivery timeframe. I’m at a loss with what to do next!

I ordered a gift for my husband for Christmas on 8th December when ordering it clearly showed it would be delivered before Christmas. I have been trying for a week to get a response from someone to update me on my order. I finally received an email yesterday advising they would be dispatching the item today, no email to confirm this yet! Very disappointed wish I read the reviews first!

Should have checked Trustpilot first!

I wish I’d thought to look here before ordering from the WB Store. In November I pre-ordered an item that was released on 4th December. 2 weeks later and It hasn’t been shipped and customer services seems to have taken a very early Christmas vacation (lucky them). I’d purchased this as a Christmas present and there’s no chance of it arriving now when it should have been here in plenty of time. Zero communication, completely useless - avoid!

Would give this no stars if I could

Would give this no stars if I could. Appalling quality and next to no customer service 48 hours in between messages. Hoping I can get a refund on the embarrassing items I received that were supposed to be Christmas presents, they are like fakes! Terrible blurred printing on a Ted Lasso hoody and a thread attached to the printing on a Game of Thrones tshirt which when pulled, removes a section of the printing. The tshirt arrived in a bag from a company selling beauty products. What is going on?!

Absolutely appalling customer service…

Absolutely appalling customer service from this online store.

Advertise "free delivery" for Blu-ray purchases and then charge £4.95. Argumentative customer service response when questioning this, and then have the £4.95 refunded with no further communication from them.

If only that was the end of the matter.

The order was for an item not released for another 4 months. They had debited my card immediately upon order. Then release day came and - they cancelled my order.

This was a limited edition set which obviously they had oversold and then could not fulfil on release day - yet loads of copies are now on eBay at inflated prices.

Disingenuous cut-and-paste replies from customer service if you ask a question.

Truly appalling that a brand like this is let down by an utter disregard for customers. Sit on my money for 4 months and then cancel on release day.

Spend your money ANYWHERE else than with these charlatans.

Warner Bros - over 3 months waiting and nothing to show for it

Tried to order a Ted Lasso shirt back in early September so that it would arrive for my nephews birthday end of September. Didn’t turn up. Written multiple time, and It’s now mid December. The service is appalling and I am tired of being fobbed off so many times - it’s insulting. I’ve now just given up and requested a return of my money. Over 3 month, a lot of time wasted and nothing to show for it. Let’s hope I get the refund.

Shambles

Just another one star review of the Warner Bros UK store to add to the litany of misery below. An absolutely awful experience and I, like most people here, will never use them again. Ordered a personalised shirt on 5 November, got a depatch email on 18 November (fair enough I thought, it was personalised so will have taken longer to sort) but then nothing. The email claimed an estimated delivery date of that day. It has been stuck somewhere in the courier system ever since. Although there's absolutely no mention on the website, it's clear at least some stock is being shipped from abroad. The tracking number in the email didn't even take me to the correct courier company's website but once I found it on Evri I could see that they had not received it (and to this day still haven't). First attempt to find the whereabouts of the shirt was 27 November. Got a barely comprehensible one line email back. So I emailed again and receieved a longer, clearly cut-and-pasted reply saying I should wait until 7 December. It also said I might want to consider contacting the courier. Still nothing by the 7th, so today (8th) I emailed again pointing out that under the Consumer Rights Act my contract was with them, not the courier (thanks Which? website!) so it was not my responsibility to try to find the parcel. Had another cut-and-paste reply just now saying it looks like it is either lost or been sent to the wrong address and asking if I wanted a replacement item or a refund. I went for refund obviously, which to be fair was issued to PayPal almost immediately. An absolute shambles, cannot believe a company as large as Warner Bros has a webstore this awful. On the plus side, it finally spurred me on to signing up for Trustpilot so I could leave this review!

DO NOT ORDER

Wish I'd read the reviews. They are scammers. Ordered 2 GoT r shirts that were showing as shipped but evri never collected. Had to wait 2 weeks before I could chase and supposedly there's an issue with their supplier. Now got to wait another 1-2 weeks for a refund! Seriously rotten company.
