Purchased Cry Macho (4k + Blu Ray + Digital Copy Cobination)
Purchased Cry Macho December 11th 2023 (4k + Blu Ray + Digital Combination) as a Family Christmas Gift. We did not open the Movie until January 6th 2024, finding out that the Digital Copy expired December 31st 2023. Contacted "Digital Support" via e-mail only then to get a response back saying "Sorry, it is expired and there is nothing we can do about it". I'm sorry, but there is something you can do about it, you just CHOOSE not to.

Purchased a BLU-RAY + Digital Code for Batman: The Long Halloween Deluxe Edition from Target. It was advertised as BLU-RAY + Digital Code for Batman: The Long Halloween Deluxe Edition. A few days after Christmas, I tried using the Digital Code. Unfortunately, every time I tried entering the code I received, "This offer has expired." After reviewing the insert with the digital code, it stated REDEEM DIGITAL CODE BY 9/30/2023. This information was not on the outside cover or outside of the wrapped Blu-Ray. That information should be on the outside of the Blu-Ray not inside that both the vendor (Target) or the customer (myself) find this out after the fact. I did send an email to Warner Brothers and their Digital Customer Care wrote and email back that they couldn't help me. I did email them back and state that I was returning the item. This was Warner Brothers fault for not disclosing the expiration date on the package, hence the "one" star. If I could give them a "ZERO" I would. This Blu-Ray was for my son.

I’m a bit of a novice on Trustpilot. But not a novice in life. At 63 yrs old I think I can say this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a DVD set from Warner Bros on line and received the wrong set in the post. Warner Bros are being OBTUSE TO BUT IT MILDLY to my queries about their mistake. 0/10 for customer service.

15/12/23. So Warner Bros continue to be obtuse and stall regarding my issue. However, they have now stopped patronising me by telling me that they have sent me the right DVD set and I simply need to look at the product correctly. They have now said they will “look into the issue”. Big of them I think. Trouble is this DVD set needed to be with me by 18.12.23 as I go abroad then. The plan being to take the DVD set with me as a present. All of which I’ve explained to Warner Bros but which seems to have fallen on deaf and presumably incompetent ears. Still 0/10 for customer service. I feel I’ll be updating this review for a while. Watch this space!

11.01.24. A new year but still an old problem. WB have now come back to me. The reason the DVD set I was sent did not contain digital downloads is that that product no longer exists. That’s despite the fact that they are advertising it and they took my money for it. Oh well simples I’ll get a refund - yes? No. I have been offered a 15% discount off A FUTURE PURCHASE. Unbelievable. I really must be getting old. I’m my day when you had fcuked up you said sorry first. Then here is your money back in full, and here is a discount off a future purchase as a good will gesture. Then say sorry again.

Went to play my Injustice 2 Game on mobile and they banned my account for no reason. Accusing a 4 year player who has dropped well over $500 on this game of using exploits with no proof is absurd! I have been with a high ranking league since I started this game and they have helped me grow! Warner Brothers are a bunch of scammers! It sucks that your greedy company bought out NRS because you are single handedly ruining their games! You guys have the right name because you need to Warn A Brother about your misleading policies and thievery!

Extremely Disappointed …
I placed an order for a limited edition film. My payment was taken and my order was confirmed. In the confirmation email I was told I would receive another email as soon as my item was dispatched. I checked my emails daily for over a week but did jot receive one. Then, two days before christmas I received an email from PayPal saying I had received a refund from Warner Bros. Only after this did I receive an email saying my item was no longer in stock and a refund had been issued. I was extremely angry and disappointed as the limited edition had sold out everywhere else at this point. I will definitely not be placing another order with them and would not recommend.

WB is a big company and does some good…
WB is a big company and does some good things and produces some good video games. I would like to mention here that one game in particular, that would be Game Of Thrones conquest, although a good game WB has seen fit to intentionally put bugs and glitches in the game to make people spend money, they also have targeted people that do not spend money with bugs and glitches so they will lose what they have, for resources and troops. I feel this is done intentionally, I have spoken with several people in the game and they stated they don't spend money as do I do not as well. It is a pay to play or to get your levels as high as you can or lose what you have bye someone that is much bigger or has spent thousands on the game. I have written WB several times over the 2 years I have played GOT and for the most part I have received very little, however 1 time I did receive food because of glitches and I was unable to do anything about it, and yet again as of today at around 9 am a known bug has infected my game and I can't do anything with it. I did submit a ticket but got the standard auto response thank you but have fun losing everything, if I had known that WB was this greedy I would never had downloaded Game of Thrones and stated playing, I have seen a lot of people leave because of things like this ,and I will be leaving the game as well, but WB doesn't care they over charge for packages of 100.00 USD all the time, all I wanted was a fun game to play and it turned out to be a nightmare, I would also like to mention that WB has stolen my keep and has refused to give it it back, stating that just because I see the load up screen it is a valid login. They have locked me out of my keep and have done this to other players. They say they don't do this but I still cannot do anything with my keep or the game, Shame on you WB for being Greedy
