please stay away from warrantyonline.co.uk

I bought hisense fridge from AO online and it came with same papers , also after registering hisense manufacture warranty I was told to get insurance which I clearly thought was compulsory. It’s been over a year that I have been paying and only today hisense told me I am still in manufacture warranty so I shouldn’t have been paying for that.

I called warrantyonline.co.uk to cancel and refund they told me no refunds knowing well that they shouldn’t take money from hisense customers who are still in manufacture warranty.
