i would strongly advise purchasing a warranty from this warrantyservice.com company. They are extremely slow to respond through their portal (it is the ONLY way to communicate with them). After 19 inquiries and 2 failed attempts to repair my sectional, they have finally agreed to replace it. It seems as though their system is designed to wear you down and out to the point where most people would just give up. Also the policy is a ONE TIME claim only. Once you've used it you have to buy another one for future claims! no thanks! As the old saying goes "Buyer beware"

Painfully damn near worthless is how I would describe the "help" I have received thus far trying to get a dresser fixed that we purchased from Livingspaces in 2023. We purchased their extended warranty which is being administered from warrantyservice.com. I would NEVER suggest purchasing from livingspaces or any warranty adminstered by warrantyservice.com.

My leather recliner was having a problem closing, making scraping sounds when the legs went down and sometimes getting stuck being in the up position. A technician looked at it and told me the frame was bent. He was supposed to submit a report stating it was bent, but he didn't. The warranty company refused to replace the frame stating that the scraping noises are not covered. I wasted my money on the warranty.
