We love our new king size bed
We love our new super king size bed. We recently moved and had room for a nice super king size bed. My friends mum used to always buy Warren Evans beds so I checked them out after years of struggling with a memory foam bed that I couldn’t wait to get rid of. When the team realised our stairs were too narrow for the mattress they recommended the link instead. They took the mattress away and a few days later we received our new links. My husband and I cannot feel each other’s movements. We sleep like babies. It was one of the best purchases of my life. In recent years Ive struggled with sleep but I couldn’t be happier. And we got the base to match. So well made, love the sustainability credentials and craftsmanship! Love, love, love.

Excellent service, excellent mattresses
Wait time for the mattress to be made was less than two weeks. Delivery was almost spot on time at the beginning of the time slot. I had two friendly delivery men who took away the rubbish neatly and made navigating a huge mattress into my building look easy. And the mattress feels heavenly. Every interaction I had with customer service prior to and after the delivery was excellent. Highly recommend Warren Evans for their mattresses and customer service and of course the two delivery men who made everything seem effortless.

Helpful and personalised service
The website is easy to use and explanations of the products accurate. I enquired and received detailed and personalised information and advice regarding which mattress to choose, invaluable when the showrooms are too far away. Free delivery, good return window and conditions are much better than most. So good to know I am not engulfing my family in dangerous chemicals as well as being kind to the environment.

I bought a bed and mattress set in 1990 or 1991 and was separated from them by divorce in 2007. I'm in Uganda now and considering buying a mattress from Warren Evans again. Distance is no problem when customer service and product quality are that good.

Excellent customer service, excellent product
I ordered a firm firm mattress but after several weeks I found it to be too hard for me. I contacted customer services and they were brilliant. They told me to try the mattress for 100 days and if it was still too hard, they would change it. So that's what I did. 100 days later, the mattress was still too firm and so I changed it for the medium medium King size. They came and changed it and this mattress is a dream.
The quality of both mattresses is excellent. No memory foam, which I hate and it's hard to find a mattress without memory foam, a big, thick mattress that I look forward to sleeping on.
Excellent product and excellent customer service, I will definitely recommend and and use tgis company again.

Buying a bed from Warren Evans was a good experience. Friendly welcome on arrival, and I was given time looking round the showroom, without feeling pressurised, by an informative and helpful member of staff.

Sale never ends. Very misleading …
Great beds sold by a company who misleads people thinking they are getting a great deal from the sale. The sale never ends. It’s really unacceptable especially from an organic company. I have emailed them several times with no answers. Honestly why mislead us? It’s awful practice and dishonest. I get so feed up of companies that do this. Their beds are nice but they need to be honest about pricing and it also makes me think what else are they dishonest about? Not happy.

The 4000 sprung mattress is blissfully comfortable
We went to the showrooms in Bounds Green and Jade explained about the different mattresses and bed frames. The beds are displayed in room settings which helped us to visualise how they would look in situ. The delivery went perfectly and bed frame assembled very quickly by the two polite and efficient men. The mattress is so comfortable and our sleep is very much improved and the scent from the frame and mattress is pleasant and calming. We're so pleased that we went with a traditional sprung mattress rather than the heavily advertised synthetic ones.
