I used to love their products and delivery - now second time they send out offers, I get an order confirmation and 3 weeks later . sorry product unavailable. No refund !
Very dishonest practice !
The product is good and the price is OK, but the delivery times are prehistoric (10 working days within Europe!) and the customer service has no idea how to provide a smooth experience. I have never felt to be treated as a "customer" and not experienced any "service".

Buyer Beware! I recently purchased Glerups slip-ons from this seller only to discover they were 'B choice' with noticeable quality issues. When I contacted them for a refund, I was informed that since February 28, 2025, the company, Waschbär, has entered a restructuring process due to insolvency under German law. As a result, they stated they cannot process complaints, offer refunds, exchanges, or even store credit. This means if you receive a faulty or substandard product, you will likely have no recourse. I strongly advise caution when ordering from this seller due to the risk of receiving flawed items and the apparent inability to resolve issues due to their current financial situation.

Wij betreuren uw recente ervaring. Het is vervelend dat u niet tevreden bent met de goederen die u heeft ontvangen en wij verontschuldigen ons voor het ongemak. We zitten sinds 28 februari in een schuldsanering. Ons doel is om na een zeer moeilijke economische fase weer economisch stabiel te worden en Waschbär voor de toekomst veilig te stellen.
De huidige situatie brengt specifieke wettelijke eisen en randvoorwaarden met zich mee die een speciale behandeling van de getroffen orders noodzakelijk maken. Helaas kunnen er op dit moment geen garantieverzoeken worden ingediend voor orders die ons voor de deadline van 28 februari 2025 hebben bereikt. We begrijpen heel goed dat dit vervelend is vanuit het oogpunt van de klant. Dit is echter een wettelijke verplichting waaraan wij ons moeten houden.
Om je verzoek nader te onderzoeken kun u uw verzoek nogmaals met uw contactgegevens sturen naar online-klantenservice@waschbaer.nl.

Very bad webshop. Unfriendly customer service and they lie to you when you send something back. So not order from them. It's also a German website which I should've known. Germans aren't the best in customer service and trying to help the customer with solutions. I was sent something broken and instead of them just looking at the pictures and understanding the situstion they told me to send it back. Not very eco friendly if you think about it. They quality is extremely bad. Do not order from here.

Het spijt ons dat een product in een slechte kwaliteit is geleverd. De reden dat onze klantenservice vraagt deze te retourneren is, omdat ook wij dit reclameren bij onze leverancier en daarvoor het product benodigen.
Wij begrijpen dat dit natuurlijk niet de milieuvriendelijkste manier is, maar het gaat helaas niet anders. Een omruiling voor een goed product is uiteraard altijd mogelijk als de klant dit wenst.
