⚠️ Waseet Boilers Review
⚠️ Waseet Boilers Review: ₹87 Lakh Boiler Purchase & Extremely Poor After-Sales Support — Buyers Beware
My experience with Waseet Boilers has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding product reliability, maintenance support, customer service, and after-sales service.
Our company purchased boilers/equipment from Waseet Boilers worth approximately ₹87 lakh. This was a major industrial investment, and naturally we expected professional installation, reliable equipment, responsive technical support, and proper after-sales service.
Unfortunately, when we subsequently experienced problems and the boiler became non-operational/not working properly, our experience with their support was extremely frustrating.
🚨 The biggest problem is the after-sales service
Equipment failure can happen with any industrial machinery. What matters is how the supplier responds when a customer needs urgent technical assistance.
We contacted Waseet Boilers requesting maintenance and technical support, but getting an effective response and arranging the necessary assistance has been extremely difficult.
For an industrial customer who has invested ₹87 lakh, this level of after-sales support is simply not acceptable.
The resulting downtime and uncertainty can have a serious impact on business operations, production schedules and financial commitments.
⚠️ Potential customers: please do your due diligence
If you are searching online for Waseet Boilers reviews, Waseet Boilers customer service, Waseet Boilers after-sales service, Waseet Boilers maintenance, Waseet Boilers warranty, or Waseet Boilers industrial boiler suppliers, I strongly recommend that you investigate these areas carefully before making a major purchase.
Before purchasing expensive boiler equipment from any supplier, I recommend getting the following commitments in writing:
• Exact warranty coverage
• Breakdown response time
• Availability of service engineers
• Emergency technical support
• AMC and maintenance terms
• Spare-parts availability
• Escalation contacts
• Responsibility during prolonged equipment downtime
• Written service-level commitments
Do not rely only on verbal assurances.
💰 ₹87 lakh is not a small investment
When a customer spends approximately ₹87 lakh on industrial boiler equipment, after-sales support should be treated as an essential part of the purchase—not something the customer has to struggle to obtain when the equipment develops a problem.
My dissatisfaction is not simply because the equipment developed a problem.
My main concern is the difficulty we have faced in obtaining timely and effective assistance after the problem occurred.
🔴 My recommendation to prospective customers
I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution before committing a large amount of money to Waseet Boilers.
Do your own technical and commercial due diligence. Speak with existing customers. Verify the company's actual service response before signing a purchase order. Get every warranty and maintenance commitment documented.
If you are considering spending lakhs of rupees on Waseet Boilers, don't make the decision based solely on sales discussions or promises. Make sure you understand exactly what happens after you have paid and the equipment requires service.
I am publishing this review because other businesses should have the opportunity to make an informed decision before making a similarly large investment.
My experience so far with Waseet Boilers' equipment support and after-sales service has been highly disappointing. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and provides an appropriate technical resolution.
Buyer warning: Do your due diligence before purchasing expensive industrial boiler equipment.
