I have used this company many times over the past couple of years. It is a family run business, professional and friendly especially Angela.
They are prompt with posting the label and giving an evaluation offer. They pay the money into my account the same day I accept the offer.
I highly recommend them and will use them again when I have more things to sell.

I received a call from Jacque within a day of sending my items. Jacque was very friendly and after I accepted my valuation she advised that I would receive payment either that day (it was late afternoon) or the following day. I received my payment within minutes of the call ending! I would highly recommend using this company. It is completely stress free and easy to use.

Great service from start to finish. The instructions that came with the packaging were clear and easy to follow, and posting everything back was simple. I then received a personal phone call with an offer, which I was absolutely delighted with. I happened to be unwell at the time and couldn’t answer the call, but Gathering Dust made sure to try again until they reached me. I shall start of by saying not sure how they have a 4.8 out of 5 it should 5** superb customer service even better prices id recently used vintage cash cow and the offer frankly an insult litterally ....was gathering dust offered double the price of vintage cash cow so glad i took my items back an sent it to was gathering dust if anybody is thinking of selling items id strongly recomend giving was gathering dust a call highly recomended jacque who id spoken to was completly honest with me from start to finish once again thanks much appreciated.

I was very hesitant to send my items but I really should not have!! The process was so easy....They sent me a letter with sticker for postage within a day, I sent them my parcel on a Tuesday and I got a phone on the Friday. The offer I was given was fair and I gladly accepted. The money was in my account the same day.
I was so pleased that I have asked if I could send a few more items and they are sending me another postage letter. Can't fault them!!!!!
