Good cleaning, but the rest is lacking
Pick up was late and way outside of Washa’s pick up time.
Then they didn’t deliver on the day promised nor did they even contact us. We reached out after the weekend (a total of 5 days after they were supposed to deliver) to hear what happened.
Customer support is quite good, they answered quickly and arranged delivery for the same day. At this point, delivery was on time and the clothes were in great condition.
So, the washing service is good, but the process around it is lacking. For the price and the hassle, I’ll just deliver and pick up clothes in a physical store next time.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Charged me double for ONE laundry service. Delayed delivery of my clothes and didn't notify me AT ALL. Charged me a "no-show fee" on the same date that I myself delivered the clothes to driver, unjustifiably and last but no less important, customer service sucks, it's non-existent, they don't reply at all to your emails... They just don't care about anything whatsoever.
Stay away from this company.

However, they couldn't clean non-modern fabric (vintage winter coat) so they sent it back but didn't offer a refund and another time they cleaned but didn't stain remove on a light coloured jacket.
Will still use them though.

I thought people were over reacting, but they managed to mess up the simple task of cleaning a suit - go to a local cleaner, at least they will acknowledge if they make a mistake.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Honestly do not go for it ! Didn’t send our clothes back, double charged us, didn’t separate colours and white. My clothes have patches of different colours on it. Some of my clothes are ruined physically. I would not recommend. And we were lucky to get our clothes back. God knows how long it would take them or if they would even every send them back.

My blouse has been damaged and no one helped me or refund me as written in their terms service conditions. I’ve just got a “we can’t do anything” pretending it was a bottom who has been damaged (it is not of course). And it was a NEW blouse, and a really expensive one. Really upset.

All was very good and we are very satisfied. The hours of a normal cleaner make it nearly impossible for us to get our clothes for over a week. This is much better.

Shrunk 3 sweaters -- still waiting for compensation
Totally loved Washa until they shrunk 3 sweaters of mine!! I have been waiting for over a month for compensation. REALLY DISAPPOINTED in their service. HUGE WARNING to anybody using Washa to make sure that they know the specific way you need your clothing to be handled. In my case, they washed the clothes instead of dry cleaning them. Normally I would be okay with a simple mistake like this, but I have been waiting for over a month to be compensated for my clothing. They took the items that were shrunk, reviewed them, returned them, then asked for them back saying that they would file a claim. This was over 30 days ago and I cannot get a straight answer from them on (1) how much I will be compensated and (2) when the compensation will be paid. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Two stars only out of my respect for their service until last week.
They called at the time of scheduled delivery to let me know that it is not going to be possible. It put me in difficult position but I agreed my clothes to be sent the following day.
Come following day l, my clothes still weren’t delivered - this time with no notification.
Contacted the customer care - was offered a generous 20% discount for such service.
Keep away if you need reliability - as clearly something is rotten in Washa.
