Great concept and super helpful for the busy professional. Will continue to use for the sheer convenience. The price is reasonable compared to another service we tried, and easy to use with the app.
It took several tries to get enough bags to separate the laundry myself. Would be good to know where the laundry is cleaned, that information is not provided. Also, would be good to be able to set the temperature of your wash. 40c is not hot enough to fully clean towels, bedding, etc!

Thank you for the good and fast service. Good prices, good communication with every step, fast deliveries and good pick up and drop off options.
If you want to save time you should use Washaway👌🏼It will be good if you add English language option to the Washaway app⭐️

Washaway’s service has been super convenient and really good. Drivers are always friendly at collection/ drop off, the clothes are always sorted and folded nicely and when we’ve reached out on the chat service they’re always super helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Not just a bad service but a terrible one. Washaway might post a reply to this where they claim to be adhering to some rules but honestly, forget their "Njöd kund-guaranti" because their seemly genuine offer to "avhjälper ditt problem på annat sätt" rings totally hollow their customer service answers quickly but are unwilling to come to another solution. They have had my garments twice and still have train tracks ironed into the legs and uneven creases. They don't check the quality of their work, even on the second try. Support your local, forget these guys.
