Good customer service and great timing with getting the tickets.

The support team provided excellent customer service. I was treated with respect and courtesy. My tickets were delivered in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the overall service and would defiantly do service with your company again.

The tickets was sent to close to show date and didn't know where exactly we was sitting until the tickets came I don't think I will use this service again

After spending 250 bucks I can honestly state I will never use this website again I received emails asking if I received my tickets for the show. I received an email stating that I will not get my tickets till the day before the show very unhappy with this process when my money has been spent I am looking to have my ticket before asked am I happy with this process. Please can someone send me the tickets I paid for.

Order tickets then received the tickets via email, easy, smootjh process. The only down side is you are given a range of seats but do not know what exact seats until the tickets are sent to you.

Great seats at a great last minute price! Family was thrilled with the surprise! Will use again! Thanks!!!

Terrible that e tickets were not offered. I feel fleeced, and the tickets have still not arrived for the performance tomorrow

Thanks to Eric Foster at Vivid Tickets I got perfect seats... At the last minute... for The Nutcracker- which was amazing! Excellent salesmanship, knowledgeable and efficient! 🎅

I wanted to purchase tickets online for The Nutcracker at Warner Theater. I experienced some problems, so I called to customer service. Pat was very patient with me and helped me get the best seats possible for the price. She gave me her extension to call her back so that I didn't need to go through all the "babble" when I called back...very much appreciated!
I received the tickets via email the same day...very speedy and accurate.
Only complaint is the service charge.

Looking forward to attending this awesome event * ps. for lovers only .

Ordered tickets to the Nutcracker ballet at the Warner Theater. Got a great price for some great seats two days prior (Row K, Orchestra)! Smooth online transaction and communication via email. Had to download a PDF to print the tickets, which we did at the hotel. Great experience; would definitely use their service again.

The tickets arrived on time. I ordered late and was surprised to get such a good price for excellent seats in the orchestra as opposed to last year's experience when I order from a different ticketmaster company. Thank you!
