To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more
Company details
Written by the company
Washlets Direct is a UK specialist retailer for genuine shower toilets: TOTO WASHLET and NEOREST, Geberit AquaClean and Villeroy & Boch. We focus on the ranges actually sold in the UK, pair seats with the correct ceramic, and treat frames, cisterns and plates as separate products so you know what is in the box. Advice is written for both homeowners and trade. Orders ship from UK stock or the relevant depot, with lead times shown on each product. We are BMF Limited trading as Washlets Direct — supply only, appointment showroom in Leeds.
