Quick to call you to initially arrange the contract but after that, they fail to install the bins as per contract and then never call back or respond to emails.

I have requested multiple times for my contract to be cancelled due to the epic failures of this company and both on their chat feature and “Cara” from onboarding promised that their accounts team would be calling me the next day to cancel but I’ve never received the call. I have chased them on multiple occasions but get no where.

This company is an utter shambles and I’m so disappointed in them.

Terrible company!!!!!! Stay clear do NOT use. I opened my contract in June and by September was trying to cancel, that's how good there service was.
Since September I have had multiple emails and calls trying to cancel the contract, only to be told we will sort it and phone you back. The phone calls never did come, but do you know what did..... more charges for a service I wasn't receiving. I cancelled my direct debit as I was getting no where with the cancellation of the contract. Lots of false promise and lots more charges add. The company to full of con men who just want your money without providing a service.
I suggest anyone who has had a problem please report to the ombudsman man so we can create a bigger case against this company.

I suspect fraud. I never subscribed to their emails nor requested info from them.
